Tbf idk if Enterprise made sense as a market that Mazda would do well in. I've never been but I've lived in North Alabama for 3 years now, if South Alabama is anything like the shithole that North Alabama is then I think that CDJR would do better there than Mazda.

I owned several Chrysler products and after several problems, I bought my first Mazda. Best decision I could have made I got a new cx50 last year, and just for comparison I looked at jeeps also the jeeps were overpriced and were not near the value for the money. I am a huge Mazda fan, and will miss your passion for them.

My very first Dodge/Chrysler vehicle experience was my 2004 Chrysler Crossfire which I leased as a stress-buster after a truly miserable day at work where the boss yelled at me so loud that other co-workers came in to his office to quell the situation and make sure neither of us suffered a heart-attack. My reasoning to get it was lousy and frivolous but the enjoyment of revving that engine on any open highway, as high as 115mph for the duration of the lease will forever stay with me. Best ever!

I just saw your goodbye video and then this one. Sad to see Mitchel Mazda close :( I know this transition must be a difficult, but necessary, one for you given your love of Mazdas. I found you in 2022 when I started looking for a new car and I continued to follow you religiously while waiting for the 9O to come out and all of your videos were so helpful! Sorry to see the direction the family has taken as the quality of stellantic products has always been an issue. I've enjoyed your mazda reviews and have bought mazda starting in 2012 with a 3 and then in 2016 cx5 and currently cx 5 signature 2021 which has been so far amazing, especially in the Canadian weather. Mazda brand is way more reliable than Jeep, in fact it's recommended by lots of video reviews and written articles to avoid Stellantis products. Hopefully you have lots of Toyota, Honda and Mazda in your used car line up. Best of luck to you.

So Jonathan, one thing more occurred to me that might help your transition (and maybe make us loyal fans feel okay, too). That is that --by and large-- Jeep customers are NOT Mazda customers. Rarely are those looking at one of these brands seriously looking at the other. [Okay CX70/90 might cloud this a little bit, but not significantly.] Potential Mazda SUV buyers are looking at the RAV4, CR-V, primarily. Maybe the Hyudai Tucson or a comparable Kia or Subaru.I think that you have already settled the choice for so many of us happy recent Mazda purchasers. These are not potential Jeep buyers. Potential Jeep buyers are looking at Broncos or Mavericks or larger American-branded vehicles (e.g.,Tahoe, Durango), I think. So, give them what they want, what they may need help in understanding the differences. Just exactly what you have always done. Let's not compare apples with oranges./Mazdas with Jeeps. Again, I will always have the highest respect for all you have done in all your wonderful, hugely informative videos. That is your greatest attribute, I believe-- your ability to completely digest every bit of information about every vehicle and convey that information to the cutomer in layman's terms. Give me a salesman like that and I will come back for generations. Wishing you well in the new year!

Congratulations Jonathan!!! Hold on to your horses thinking about those EVs for Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep because they might be pushed back indefinitely with Tavares being canned and a new CEO on the way. Also, they couldn't get the current EVs they built working properly and that's why you don't see any in showrooms. They have a new V8 being tested down in Mexico as we speak and are rethinking their entire strategy on lauching nothing but pure hybrids and gas models for all of CDJR, because the CAFE standards are about to be repelled with the new administration. So get ready to be super busy if they launch a bevy of hybrid and ICE models, as the current 4Xe models might be the last version you see on any CDJR models.

Any of the Stellantis products are just not even close to being as reliable as Mazda. The company itself does not sound very stable and I wish the best for you, but it could be tougher selling these products compared to Mazda.
