One of Mazda's problems is lack of dealers where I live in Central Washington state, 120 miles to Spokane or 180 miles to Puyallup or other puget sound area dealers. My first Mazda was a 616 2 dr coupe 1600 4cyl and a 5 speed, commute car drove till it got totaled by an inattentive driver running into me. next was a Mazda built "Ford Courier" I drove for 200,000 miles, commuting, then a base model Ford Ranger, it had the Mazda engine/5speed trans it went 185,000 . Daughter bought a new Mazda 323. and she later bought a 2014 Mazda 3 she is still driving. I bought a 2015 CX5 Grand Touring 6 years ago with 27,000 miles, I wanted the AWD, non turbo engine and a real auto trans, still driving with 47,000 mile and nothing but routine maintainence, we live where we get winter 4 months out of the year and in winter with studded snow tires that thing is a beast, and it handles great gets great mileage and plenty of power for an old man. I wanted all the features mentioned above plus reliability and I got that. great little car and if I had to replace what I have it would be with the same but it will most likely be my last car purchase.

Are they going to fix the problematic manual transmission in the Miata spirit to handle the power? My 2023 Miata has grinding gears in 3rd and 4th in less than 3000 miles. I owned a 1999 for 20+ years without issue.

Hate to burst your bubble but Ram cheaped out with the front camera grill mount. They made only one grill with the mount so its there with or without the camera, absolutely disgusted how cheap they have become.

The truck looks good but the important questions are- How is the reliability of this 6 cyl engine? How will be the resale value as compared to the Hemi? Which is better- Hemi or Hurricane? (Not based on the engine but the entire package)

That iActive (sp?) w “Smart Brake Support “ radar is amazing. I was driving a friends CX 50 yesterday in rush hour when apparently the car 2 in front of the one I was following must have braked suddenly causing the car ahead of me to break suddenly…and I tell you…I am a diligent driver w pretty fast reflexes but the Mazda sent out a warning sound immediately when it sensed the deceleration of the car ahead of me. I was really impressed. Then it started to drizzle , and !!! automatic rain sensing window wipers. Premium Bose speakers. All for ~40k. I might be trading in my car for one of these . 😊

I had a cx5 2015 . Just change for another 2024! Great car.

The machine gray is the absolute best color on the CX 50. It looks so damn good.

Where are the tech updates?

By excluding a basic item like a tail light they are loosing on a huge marketing opportunity of owners driving around town and people noticing.

Mazda eith this vehicle is trying to punch above its weight by aiming at Acura MDX but cheapening out on basic lights isn't a good look. Acura doesn't do that with lights.

You were definitely an influence in my decision to look hard at and ultimately purchase a 2024 CX 5. I’m currently in my tenth month of ownership and I can honestly say it’s a car I look forward to getting into every day! Thanks and best wishes!

Looks very very nice and I love the fact they still put insulation under the hood!! Many manufacturers are going away from that.

Just picked up a 2025 Mazda CX-90 Turbo Premium Sport in Sonic Silver. Had a 2023 Grand Cherokee and it falls short in every category when compared with the Mazda.

I thought Mazda made this car with 250 HP. I really can’t go <200. I just hate it. I like everything else about it this car though..AWD, no CVT, beautiful design and interior.

If I were in the market for a Jeep or Ram, there is no one else I would rather buy from.

Does the CX 30 come only with adaptive cruise or can I get regular cruise. I absolutely loathe adaptive cruise and the car deciding to brake on it's own when I know the road is clear.

If not done yet...do one for the adaptive cruise, auto brakes, lane keep, and traffic jam assist?
