Chris, awesome to see you producing more content than ever. You and Peric make a great team. I think you have the most positive influence on him because he's not trying to impress you like he does with Jon and Rob. He pushes you to grind and target bigger fish. Also, you keep him level headed and focused on objectives.

Congratulations on your new PB, Chris. I think you need to invest in a scale that gives a consistent reading. Those guy probably did not want to eat the bass, they wanted to take it home and brag they caught it. Chris you did the right thing, especially during the spawn.

You should try Tawakoni Lake! It's fun fishing the bass there around any structure mainly vegetation, boat houses and timber. Structure is kinda scarce so if you find some structure there's usually bass. Also the stripers and hybrids are fun too! Around dusk there's stripers chasing shad to the surface and then usually there's birds preying on them too, then everything becomes chaos. The feeding frenzy around dusk is about 30 fish minutes! Good luck!

Couldn't agree more Chris. Keep the dinks if your going to eat bass that's just common sense. I don't personally ever keep bass, being there are way better fish to eat in Michigan like walleye and perch. And the fact that we're trying to grow our bass population into bigger sizes, taking giant females would be devastating to our future generations. Congrats on the PB bro!

Chris' Outdoor Adventures absolutely man, and it was a great catch. I was just referencing the videos from earlier this week. I know you boys all promote catch and release so I don't like to nitpick.
@brodysmith84847 жыл бұрын
1Rod did a video a while back to prove that even if you release a bedding fish in the same spot shortly after catching it, they probably won't even go back to the bed.
@AnglerOutdoors7 жыл бұрын
They will eventually but at first they associate getting caught with being on the bed so they avoid it for a bit. Eventually natural instincts kick in and they do go back however.
