I got this watch a few weeks ago. I find that detaching the band was very difficult. The last time I tried unattching it, the metal part which plugs into the charger, the metal contacts were all twisted and bent out of shape. There was no way for me to fix it. I got mad , threw against the wall. and just threw it away. I learned my lesson, cheap is not always the way to go.👎

The blurring scroll of the really bad conversion from some language to English in point 3 type was accurate at 43 seconds. I did learn that one connection that doesn't look right with the metal bits can go in a large USB port. Once charged, I'll see if anything else can be user friendly without the need for any other computer assistance. If so, it's a good purchase. If not, I'd rather go for produce. Yeah, I bought this for my health deprived dad and didn't expect the hoops and also groceries are so expensive now, fruits and veg would be nice to have. I'm hoping for the best.

How long does it take to turn on, if it came in box completely dead?

Mine is new also and its not turning on. Do I need to charge it first? I saw a video that when you charge it, it will vibrate. Mine didn't.

He supposedly pulled it new, out of the box. But it's already had a ton of steps, bluetooth. Battery already charged. Mine wasn't like that brand new? It also says it's Jan. 1st on Dec. 16th. And 2 1/2 hours ahead of time.
