It's an HYLEDXC that's really all I know however I don't think they're gonna want this speaker not only does it sound pretty bad but also doesn't like charging on certain cables and has terrible durability

My speaker (looks the same as the LEDXC) does not play that generic start-up sound, it instead plays "The bluetooth device is ready to pair" which you know from one of your speakers. I don't even use it anymore since the voice is extremely loud.
