Very much YES to changing the nut and knobs on the pink/ purple PRS to white. Since the guitar has a softer palette, overall, I think the white accents would go a long way. Great idea.

what an objectively wrong opinion looks like.... the guitar only looks like it has a lighter pallete on camera, irl that guitar actually has a lot more neutral and dark tones which is why its a guitar that looks so incredible with black and darker accents.

Your new studio looks very nice! I'm happy for you. Taylor acoustic guitars are "YES MA'AM" GREAT GUITARS. I get that same feeling when I play a Taylor acoustic guitar. It's great to see you, Sophie. I hope to get back to posting some new creations on my KZbin channel. It's been a very busy and very demanding time for me these last couple months; however, also very rewarding! I'm getting situated into my new place of employment and affected daily schedule thereof; and for these reasons, I believe I will be able to begin getting back into my playing, writing, arranging, recording, and producing original material. Hi Sophie new studio looking good. If you want to move away from traditional tubes but still want the sound, I highly recommend Bluguitar’s Amp1. I tried Kempers and various digital and analogue options like the simplifier but the Amp1 just out does them all for me! Definitely worth checking out.

love the collection, I after years of playing around with cheap squire guitars finally shelled out for a limited edition Fender telecaster, I dont know if my playing has improved any but it certainly feels better and inspires me to put the work in.

My first introduction to PRS was Mark Tremonti, too! He was still a part of Creed at the time, which wasn't exactly a showcase of his shredding chops, but his music still hit hard for me and I found out about PRS, so here we are.

Totally get picking up a guitar and just knowing you need to keep it. I have nearly all the guitars where that happened. I have me one of the custom 24’s in Bonnie pink. Would love one of the quilt models with the ebony fretboard. I wouldn’t change a thing on it personally. As for the digital rig, check out the Boss GT-1000. Nita Strauss uses it live with or without an amp. I’m a huge fan of Boss gear. Congrats on the new studio. Looking forward to more music from you!

Litcheraleyy, if someone says that monitor speakers sounds real good and very crisp and colorful etc etc etc., i usually get abit nervous about their opinion as studio or mixing monitors usually should have a FLAT and DULL characteristic to its sound for you to hear and pick up all the details of each layer when played all at once and for you to mix it better rather than hearing it through a very enhanced speakers or airpods which are great for listening to your music playlist

Definitely do the digital shootout that you intend to tour with… there are many such clips out there but not from a touring pro. Would be great to see how the fractal, QC, helix, GT100 (think Sophie Lloyd uses one) fender TMP etc suits your sound/needs.

I'd say go with quad cortex since your going digital especially if you like all those plugins. Only used it twice ( as it is one of Rabea's friends who was old guitar teacher) it sounded great and the pitch shifting it pretty good too, I played a few Drop A with EVH amp sounding riffs. Can't compare it to a real EVH myself as the closest thing to one was a victory Kraken.

I have that exact seagull 12.(blue badge) it's killer and was inexpensive as sh!t. I also have a solid wood series Rosewood seagull 6. It is crazy good sounding. Sounds better than a friends Gib Hummingbird and it cost me $600 Canadian. Great room. Wish I had one.😊

I love my Helix Rack. The models are very good - you can various IR'S from any source you prefer - and their Helix Floor pedal has some unique programming ideas that make presets very intuitive. BUT - if I were still touring - I would use an RJM Mastermind MIDI pedal I stead of the Line 6 Stock one because of the awesome features in the RJM as compared to the Helix Floor pedal.

- Needs a lapel mic - my ears are hurting from the cavernous sound. (Sweetwater sells them.) - 15 watts ain't no tiny little amp - that's all the wattage that anyone should _reasonably_ need. - One of the finest guitarists ever. She definitely got that one right.
