Salad CARROT FOR RABBIT:
Cooking time: 35 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken fillet - 100 gr
Walnuts - 50 gr
Cheese - 100 gr
Chicken egg - 2 pcs
Bulb - 1 pc.
Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
Crab sticks - 12 pcs
Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.
Dill - 1 bunch.
Cooking:
Prepare all ingredients.
Boil chicken breast. Hard boil eggs. Finely chop the onion and fry with vegetable oil until transparent.
Finely chop the chicken into cubes, grate the cheese on a medium grater, finely chop the egg and chop the walnut.
Mix chicken, egg, cheese, nuts and fried onions. Add mayonnaise and mix the filling.
Carefully unfold the crab stick so that the red and white parts are about the same size. Cut off the corner from the red part. Put the filling on the unfolded crab stick sheet in the shape of a long cone with a wide part from the side of the cut. Wrap the stuffing with crab leaf so that you get the shape of a carrot. Insert a sprig of dill into the wide part.
Repeat the process with the rest of the crab leaves, put in a circle on a dish.
MEAT IN ORANGE-GARLIC SAUCE WITH AROMATIC GARNISH.
Cooking time - 4 hours.
INGREDIENTS:
Pork meat - 1.8 kg
Potato - 800 gr
Vegetable oil - 70-100 ml
Honey - 1 tbsp.
Orange juice "RICH" or "I" - 100 ml
Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce - 50 ml
Dried ginger - 2 tsp
Mustard - 1 tbsp.
Paprika - 1 tbsp.
Crushed black pepper - ½ tsp
Garlic - 2 heads
Salt - to taste.
Cooking:
Prepare all ingredients.
Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
SAUCE: In orange juice, add honey, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, paprika, black pepper, dried or fresh garlic, passed through a press, while stirring. Mix well and leave for 7-10 minutes.
Stuff the meat with half of the garlic, dip in the sauce and wrap with twine or a shaping net to give an even shape after baking.
Marinate the meat in the sauce in a baking dish, covering with a film for 2-8 hours.
Send the meat on a baking sheet under foil to a preheated oven at 200C for a time of 60 minutes. Focus on your oven.
Remove the foil and continue baking for another 5-8 minutes.
GARNISH:
In the heated vegetable oil, put the cut across the head of garlic cut into the oil. When a bright aroma of garlic appears, add chopped potatoes to a container with oil.
After 5-7 minutes, remove the garlic and return it back to the potatoes 5 minutes before readiness, previously removed from the garlic peel.
When ready, drain the oil and add coarse salt and finely chopped dill to taste. Garnish is ready.
Put a couple of pieces of meat in a dish with potatoes, pouring over it with the sauce remaining after baking, passing it through a sieve.
