I ran my first marathon at Ballarat this year. They run a great event for their first year, and it sounds like it will be even better next year. Changing the course to remove that nasty hill to finish. Good luck!

Honestly, it's kind of already started. Big emphasis in the lead up to Christmas is strength work. Getting in the gym 2-3 times a week while also handling good running mileage is the current aim
