Yes! Me too! And then watching beautiful black girls doing relaxing shower routines remind me that showering will only make me feel better all around. I just admitted this to my therapist today, and she said that having a shower routine every day will help me mentally. I struggled with the worst clinical anxiety and depression in the colder months of the last two years, and I started showering inconsistently. Lately I’ve been watching these routines more and developed my own. Hope you’re feeling amazing and blessed beautiful! Remember that the sun still always shines behind the clouds and eventually comes back out ⛅️🥰.

just a tip, it's a bit extra but right before i shower i put the tub of Shea Butter in some warm water (not too hot or you'll melt the container) when I get out the shower most of the butter has melted and i used the liquid oil. it's much easier than having to rub out the solid butter.

I also love Shea oil, i live in Nigeria currently so shea butter products are in abundance , so I use Shea oil and sometimes just put a few drops of lemongrass essential oil in it .. D absolute BOMB..

Dr. Bronner's is cool. and I use the unscented to wash my fruits and veggies. I can't seem to use on my lady parts, whereas the peppermint one I can. Just move cautiously and DILUTE! RENPURE tea tree mint and BLISS are also good body washes to use...Leaves you feeling fresh and clean, clean without the sting.
