Was here for Invisalign but looks like ponds ad . How does your skin even take so many zillion products every other month.. how do u know which brand works best . Coz it take atleast a minimum of 3 months for a product to show its effectiveness.

They get paid by various brands to promote them on KZbin, insta. And they get the product for free which is easy on their pocket . If every product really worked they won’t have a single blemish and not complain of dark circle, brittle hair etc. it’s their job just like tele marketers of the internet .

In 2022, I had one of my premolar teeth extracted, which created a gap between my front teeth. Invisalign was suggested as a solution, with a quoted cost of 80k. I haven’t gone ahead with it yet because I can’t afford it at the moment, but I’m planning to get it done within the next two years.

teach your kids proper tongue positioning so that teeth shifting etc can be prevented. ideally, in resting position ones tongue should be gently resting against the roof of the mouth

But jovi I'm in my Invisalign journey, it cost Rs. 3 lakh and I'm given 60 trays (basically same pinch) bcoz my teeth doesn't have good arrangement.I took 4 teeth of mine 2 upper teeth and 2 lower teeth which so normal in current dentist process. And after taking teeth it doesn't change the face shape I'm in my 16th tray. The exhausting thing is just like makeup things we buy we need to buy cleaning tablets for aligners, soft tooth brush, mouth wash, chewies

Hi my love, so great to hear your journey. Actually pulling the 4 teeth is an outdated practice that many dentists don’t perform anymore. Lucky for me, my dentist could find the space by removing my wisdom tooth. I’ve not had to buy tray cleaning tablets because I brush my tray twice along with my teeth and rinse it thoroughly everytime I remove it. I don’t drink tea or coffee with it on, so my trays are clean and stain free. I don’t use the chewies too. I just press in the trays with my finger all till the back and the trays get pressed down perfectly. So I havnt had to buy many things extra. Mouth wash, and interdental tooth brush are the only extras I bought

Also soft tooth brush, and enamel protecting tooth paste. But these are all good for the teeth no, so I didn’t mind the extra purchase
