Milestone I'm grateful for: After college I was stuck working at a restaurant as a host for 2 years. I felt like I was so behind and I received my education for nothing making 8.25 hr. I then moved into an admin position due to the pandemic making $10 an hour. I worked that for a year and a half still living at home. It was very hard not to compare myself to my peers. Finally at the age of 27, I was able to land a position going from 11hr (because of my raise lol) to making 6 figures. I was able to move out and not feel the hardship of budgeting my groceries and trying to figure out if I can make my payments on time. Even though I was late to the game, I'm so appreciative in where I am now knowing how hard it used to be for me. Even though it took me a bit longer to land on my feet, I still made it.

a milestone i am proud of is that i passed my ancc fnp boards last month! i am also very very thankful be a murse in the bay area, to be able to pay things…like example my water pipesat my parents house leaked and it cost 10k to fix, and its does hurt then wallet a bit, but i know i can regain this back with some ot at the hospital. other people have it much worse, i am very fortunate and blessed. i feel like i discovered you guys during the pandemic in 2020 and seen you guys grow! i went to nyc for the first time in may and loveeeddd it. hope i’ll be able to grab food or bump into you guys one of these days when im in nyc!

Beautiful view! It must be an awesome feeling to reflect on where you were at and then be able to have your own apt after working hard in school and work. Milestone for me was paying off my student loans last yr and quitting my day job exactly the beginning of 2023 so I can expand my practice.
