Your orchid is not dead yet, put it in a bowl full of water and let it soak it up. Take it out after 10-15 minutes abd cut the old stem. Orchid needs to be watered every 2 weeks. I think if you paint your bedroom pale olive green or pale yellowish color your furniture will blend in better❤

I strongly recommend that you do not put a lit candle on top of books or anything possibly flammable. Sometimes they pop ashes and that can start a fire. Also, pull it away from the wall. Fire safety.

Hi! Love the space. As a fellow cat owner, just wanted to let you know in case you weren't aware.. that lilies (e.g. stargazers) are highly toxic to cats. Every part of the plant, even the pollen, and the water contained in the vase, is toxic if ingested and only a small amount can be fatal.

I live in NYC all my life, and I will say, that Landlord/Property owner Saw You Coming A Mile Away. YOU got stiffed. $4,200 is mortgage, there are people who live in manhattan who pay's less for the same size apartment or larger (no roommates) SMH. I work in manhattan (East village) and I must tell you, You guys are not paying for the apartment, you are paying for the Area (No Balcony/Terrace??...Not worth it, it really is not. You can get that same size apartment (for yourself) for less in Queens, Bronx, better part of Brooklyn, (staten Island you can rent a house for yourself for $2,000) a ferry ride to Manhattan. smh

That would be a horrible decision if you’re an influencer and I was born in nyc. As a creator only Brooklyn and Manhattan are good as locations. usually lots of creators end up living in Brooklyn because how fast they get to the city for their work. Are these people overpaying, every apartment in nyc is over priced in my opinion your always paying for proximity and convenience which is really important for a creator

I would not want to live in Queens, Bronx or Brooklyn. That apt is worth the money. You’re paying for location and amenities. That’s average price.

The bathroom is gorgeous! What I am most surprised to see is that this one bed, one bath apartment has a LARGE bathroom (with a tub and 2nd sink) AND it's bigger than the kitchen. I'm from the midwest and for the same one bed, one bath apt, I have never seen a bathroom bigger than the kitchen.
