Shivering Isles: Shadowrend is a weapon retrieved during the main quest. It is one of the most powerful weapons in the game. It can either be a claymore or a battleaxe. If your Blunt skill is greater than your Blade skill at the point when you enter the Grove of Reflection, you will receive the battleaxe. If your Blade skill is greater, or if the two skills have the same value, you will receive the claymore. It is leveled to the character's level at the time it is received.

The Uderfrykte Matron is an easter egg from Morrowind's Bloodmoon expansion. The Matron is the mother of the original Udyrfrykte which was featured in the quest 'The mead hall massacre'. In Oblivion the Matron is included in an undocumented quest in which the player finds Agnar's journal and has the option of finding and killing the Uderfrykte Matron. The Uderfrykte Matron is found east of Dive Rock in a small, flat clearing near a tree and Agnar's body.

Shadowrend is obtained in the quest Symbols of Office. When you reach the Grove of Reflection, you will have to battle with a shadow version of yourself. You must retrieve the blade/axe after defeating your clone, but he/she will only drop it if it is the weapon equipped. It would be easier if you silenced the clone to stop it from summoning a weapon, and so preventing you from collecting Shadowrend. It helps to save before you fight your clone, in case it does not drop Shadowrend.

The Daedric artifact Goldbrand is a one-handed katana. Goldbrand is obtained by completing a daedric quest for Boethia. The blade is similar to the version found in Morrowind (except thankfully you don't have to go swimming to Boethia's underwater shrine this time).

It's part of the Fighters Guild quest "The Master's Son". For completing the quest, Modryn will reward you with a powerful weapon. The Boreal sword, a glass claymore that's enchanted with frost damage.

The Beating Heart is found in the Mehrunes' Razor quest. When the heart is eaten, two diseases occur. The first is Cannibalism disease which lowers two skills at random. The second is the Vampirism: Porphyric Hemophilia. The beating heart also gives a random amount of infamy when eaten.

Head east of Dive Rock, and look for a few lonesome trees (there aren't many in the area), where you will find the Uderfrykte Matron. Her body parts will be found on this monsters body. Sythe are found inside the houses that have gardens outside.

Gorgeous house. Skingrad house is my favourite. I always wanted to do something like this back in 2006 before I was even hooked up to the internet - it's nice to see someone thought the same and did something with it. Sadly, I never got round to it - all the items I found are in the chest at the bottom of the stairs, lol! Nice vid =)

I agree, It's my favorite house also. I like how it has so many things to display items on, Tables, Shelves, Display Cases, Chests, Drawers, and so on. It really is the best house in the game.

The Thornblade can be gained as a reward through The Wayward Knight quest. Upon completion you will be given a choice of either the Staff of Indarys or Thornblade by Count Andel Indarys. The Thornblade is a unique longsword that is a family trinket of the Count of Cheydinhal, Count Andel Indarys.

Nice collection, and good idea using the paint-brushes. You have me beat by a long-shot. However I noticed alot of items like "Battle Axe of Rending" are just random items that NPC's carry. Sure they're powerful and awesome and they certainly make for a great item collection but items like that are by no means "rare"

Travel to Fort Teleman (northeast of Leyawiin). You'll find the place full of Necromancers, As soon as you enter the Black Rose area you should find a few Necromancers fighting with a number of Daedra. If you stay hidden they will fight amongst themselves. If they spot you, however, they will all likely try to attack you. At the end of the Black Rose section you'll find the body of Irlav Jarol with the Bloodworm Helm still on it.

Once you complete the Thieves Guild, All the quest items will be in the house they give you. You can just leave them in that house or you can move them to where ever you like,

Correct, You can find them in most farm houses, The ones that have a garden out back. You can find one outside of Skingrad where the grape vines are.

Ayleid Statue, There are ten in total, Perhaps the easiest statue to find is located in Vilverin, as it is the Ayleid ruin directly across Lake Rumare, which is next to the Imperial Prison sewer exit. The Ayleid statue is worth 250 septims when sold to any merchant. After selling the statue, expect to be approached by a messenger.

I've been playing the game for over two years now on the Xbox360. And as decorating go's it just takes alot of patients. What I found to be great is Fallout 3 is set up the same way, I was able to get my Fallout 3 house decorated in half the time it took me to set up my Oblivion home, Practice makes perfect lol.

The game is really huge, and I find it more fun just to go exploring than to do quests. I've been playing Oblivion on and off for two years now, I got it the day it came out. Now I'm playing Fallout3, It's just as big and fun as Oblivion was. If you like Oblivion you really should look into Fallout3, It uses the same game engine, Create a Character mode as Oblivion does. It really does feel like Oblivion with Guns.

After you complete the Thieves Guild Quest line you get a house in the Imperial City (Where you first joined at), Inside your new house will be all those quest items they had you collect lol. You can now take them and use them as decorations.

That home is the rosethorn manor home in skingrad, to get it talk to the count of skingrad's butler orc who is in the county hall, note to be able to purchase the house you need atleast 20+ Fame to buy it infamy doesnt effect your ability to purchase the house.The home itself cost 25,000 gold coins to purchase and around 10,000-30,000 gold to buy all of the upgrades at colovian trades. i hope this helps you 243bolt.

The Count will offer a reward a sword or a staff; only one can be selected. If the sword is chosen, the Count will present Thornblade, a longsword of Disintegrate Armor. The alternative is the Staff of Indarys (Shock Damage and Damage Strength).

It's a glitch that will let you make enchantments that are permanent on your self. You can use it so you can carry thousands of pounds of gear/items, walk on water, jump over the walls of the city or what ever you like, it works with all spells and the effects are permanent. There are two clips in the more info section to the right of the above clip showing how to do this glitch.

@RedReaker An easy way to light a torch is to drop them inside a building, now go outside, then save your game, quit (Go to the Dashboard), reload your save, and then re-enter house, Now they will be lit.

Where ever the curser is at on the screen when you drop a paint brush is where the paint brush will stay. I do the dupe/clone trick.

It's from a fighters guild quest called "The Master's Son". Every quest and chest in the game is based on your level, There is 6 stages for all quest items and loot. Level 10, 20, 30, 40 and so on. I was level 40 when I did that quest and that is why I got that blade.

Hackdirt is a village with an inn between Chorrol and Skingrad. In the Church of Hackdirt you will find the "Bible of the Deep Ones." Taking it is not considered stealing until after the topic The Brethren appears.

I'm not sure what you were replying to? But I did not use the dupe trick, I use the clone trick. Put all items you want on your self (up to 1000 different items at once)then clone yourself using staff skull corruption. This way you can get a copy of any item, including all quest stuff.

Every town in the game has a house you can buy. This house is the one found in Skingrad. To buy Rosethorn Hall, a large manor in east Skingrad, you need to find Shum gro-Yarug, the Orc butler of Count Hassildor. You need 70 disposition with Shum gro-Yarug and 15 Fame points before he will agree to sell it to you. Pay Shum gro-Yarug the asking price of 25,000 septims, and the house is now yours.

What do you mean? Use two pant brushes as pegs then drop the weapon of your choice between them. You can do the same with shields or any object.

The "house" in the Imperial City is located on City Isle at the destitute Waterfront harbor area, and is nothing more than a small shack, but it does have a bed where you can sleep and a chest to put your stuff in. The Price to Purchase This Home is only 2000. The house in Bravil is in the south part of town -- over the bridge and then to the left, on the south side of the canal below Luciana Galena's house. The Price to Purchase This Home is 4000

The house is called 'Rosethorn Hall' Take the East gate, and it should be one of the first houses you pass. It's right next to 'Hammer and Tongs'

All I can say is it takes alot of patients. After you get it the way you like, Leave the area save then reload. This will stop the item from falling. That's the only tip I can think of.

you dont have to do that whole "self cloning" thing to clone items, just get two or more of the same scroll, activate them then drop whatever you want to clone. It doesnt work with stolen items or rare items, i hope it helps. :]

All Thieves Guild items end up in the house they give you after all the quests are done. But I think you get Hrormirs icestaff after the mages guild is done, if I remember right.

You will find Svenja Snow-Song's Leg, Arm, Head, and Torso, in the Uderfrykte Matron's corpse after killing it on the unmarked quest The Horror of Dive Rock. Human Skin can be found in Claudius Arcadia's cellar in the Talos Plaza District and in the Leyawiin Mage's Guild, Those are the only two in the whole game world.

you have to do the thieves guild quest near the end when u steal the staff. after you put the staff back in a chest if your the arch mage of the mages guild itll be sitting at the foot of your bed.

you have to talk to the kings and queens of each city. you are able to purchase a house in each city. then, you can go to the local shop and buy all the furnishings( should you have the correct amt of money) and thats pretty much that good luck

I spent many hours decorating. I just drop items in a big pile on the ground then pick them up one at a time with the "RB" or "LB" button to move it where I want it.

I'm playing Oblivion on Xbox360, We can't use mods. Boreal is a two-handed enchanted glass claymore that I got doing a Fighters Guild Quest. Azura's Star is a Daedric artifact that can be obtained by completing Azura's Daedric Statue Quest. It is essentially a reusable Grand Soul Gem.

Just finish the quest, Then go back and get them from the desk, You can get all quest items back once quests are done by pick pocketing or you can just clone/dupe them.

You use the Staff Skull of Corruption to clone yourself along with everything on you including your gold and quest items. Just do a youtube search or look in my favorites, There are many clips showing how to do this glitch and yes it works on all 3 platforms.

One minute it can be all nice and sunny, Then the next minute you get haze and then a dust/sand storm (Reminds me of Morrowind). There is a good number of side missions, That don't get marked in your journal.

Talk to the Orc in Castle Skingrad. Hes sometimes at the inn (I cant remember which one) but theres a glitch that he dies by walking off a bridge or something like that if you've already beaten the one thieves guild quest. If you havn't he just becomes unconcious. You have to have a fame of 20 or higher I believe and 25000 gold to be able to buy it.

You find scythe inside the houses that have gardens outside. You can't make things bigger, These are rare items you find as you search the game world, Just keep your eyes open as you go into peoples houses to find some of these odd things.

Items can be duplicated if you possess both the Skull of Corruption and Staff of Worms. 1. Place the item you wish to duplicate onto the corpse of a dead NPC. 2. Reanimate the corpse using the Staff of Worms or the power. 3. Use the Skull of Corruption on the reanimated body and kill the corrupt copy before the original person dies. 4. Immediatly save and reload. 5. As soon as you reload, access the clone's inventory to retrieve your items. Search youtube there are clips showing how.

Do the "CE" glitch with feather items and you can carry as must stuff as you like in your inventory.

you need to do the duplication glitch which is where you press a twice on a scroll and then drop the item you want to duplicate. this is what i remember im not a 100% on it but you need to have the original game with no updates

Here is what I do. First have about 12 paint brushes, next stand as far away from where you want the paint brush placed (Wall). Now drop one, walk forward one step drop another, keep doing this till you finally hit your mark. If at any point the paint brush when dropped falls behind you or to the side that means you are to close to the wall, Go into sneak mode if this happens and back up a little and try again. It's all about trial and error, Good luck.

Where ever the curser is on your TV set is where the paint brush will drop, If you are to close the wall they will drop behind or to the side of you, in this case back up and try again, It's all trial and error.

Every time you complete a guild aka Mages, Brotherhood, Thieves Guild you become head of that guild and can order people to follow/fight for you.
