I put Swisstrax in my shop & I love it. Rubber ribtrax for areas adjacent to workbenches, ribtrax for areas that are dusty, and solid for areas that are not, but I want to easily clean (bathroom), and carpet in one corner for a sitting area.

You have a very professional system with two different reels for the pressure washer. That said you need to upgrade your garden hose setup, get rid of that expanding hose and add a nice garden hose reel. There are some nice ones out there available.

Good setup just a suggestion to everyone though. If you wash your car with softened water from your house. You will blow through dalt much faster. Obviously it will help for water spots but it's up to you.

Btw, definitely go with the mini split; by all means insulate the garage door or replace it with an insulated one and more LED lights in the ceiling. Finally, epoxy finish the garage floor. But hey, one thing at a time, install the sink and move the old pressure washer. Good luck Sir

looks good, after seeing that filter system i building my own setup, most likely the company that builds the actual filter system probably buys all the parts from us haha. Since im the one who builds all the filter systems for my company it will be super easy for me. I have already started laying out the filter and how i want to set everything up. only thing that will be different with mine is the housing will be clear and have pressure relief valves on them.

Hey Mike, Your Garage is coming out awesome. I actually run an AC company on Long Island, but live here in Cape Coral. The ductless system would obviously be the best option to cool the garage. But if you are going off of your existing system, and having issues, why not just skip the dampers and have your garage get air when your main system turns on. With the dampers, the main system is running anyway. Also, you could create issues with your main system if your garage zone is the only one calling for Air, you will have that large unit pushing thru two supply feeds. This can cause too much pressure. Just a suggestion

Mitsubishi mini Splits for the win. Good heat & air and not to expensive to run them. main thing is to get them installed properly. If not you'll always have issues with them.

Have you considered painting your PEX piping? from my research when doing pex piping in my home during a recent repipe, Pex piping is not UV friendly and needs to be either inside walls or covered/painted to protect it. UV light apparently shortens the life span of pex piping. apparently fluorescent light also affects the life span of pex piping. seeing as how this is in your garage, you are in florida and this is most likely near the garage door where sunlight could affect it just wanted to give a heads up. setup look so nice, just wanted to share some tips I learned while working with Pex in my own home

Is there a reason why you went with pex-b instead of pex-a? The interior diameter of pex-b is smaller than pex-a since the fittings go inside pex-b vs outside on pex-a. Are you losing psi and gsm? They say to size up on the pipes if using pex-b. Do you live in a area where you have freezing winters? If so do you bleed the lines? Looks really good! I’m planning on doing the same sit up.

Hey Spencer. Yes. They are the 1/2 inch pex straight tubes from Home Depot or Lowes. Easier to work with.

1:40 time "saved" is actually not that much. Let me explain. Your water supplier gives you a certain amount of gpm. A ball valve has a smaller, than the pipe, diameter from which water flows. If you get two bucket fillers then you have twice the diameter. Though 2* diameter does not always mean 2* flow. You basically max the output the water supplier gives you. The difference is negligible

There was even another youtuber who raved about this unit intially, but it soon broke not long into ownership.
