My office multicam setup, ATEM Mini, Fractal Audio AX8, Ibanez Guitars, Canon 5D Mark IV & GoPros

If you enjoy making videos and/or playing guitars you'll get a kick out of this. I'm feeling inspired with my new setup in my office. FINALLY I've got some rockin' guitar tones. This was shot all in ONE TAKE with zero post production editing.

I've since upgraded to a Canon R5C and am using the 5DmkIV as my "B cam". Also have an FM9 in place of the AX8. These days guitars and videos just go together so well. I'm a nerd!!

The Set Up Is Absolutely Stunning.....STILL laughing at "Sexy Camera for Sexy Shots"......Classic Jason! When I saw your Double Neck Ibanez I immediately thought of Alex and Geddy with their own Double Necks, which I happen to see them use way back in the early days of RUSH (My All time # 1) and as you started to go into Shred Mode @ 0.56....I SWEAR I heard the rift from "Tom Sawyer" right in the beginning! That DELAY is indeed a Fun One. Your version of "Love Bites" was BOO-T-FUL too...keeping in The Halloween Spirit! LOLOLOL I'm assuming that your office is Sound-proof! My Parents no doubt had wished my bedroom was that way back in the day! My Poor Parents!! LOL.....Cheers From Ohio Mate

No sound proofing whatsoever. The audio sounded so good because it was all going through a mixer into my computer, video into the computer and put it all together there. All of that was just a one take LIVE recording and LIVE editing. Gotta love technology 🤘 I’m still jealous and always will be whenever people tell me their Rush In Concert stories. Oh well. I got 20 minutes with Alex so I can’t complain 😆

@@JasonMcNamara THAT was an Epic Interview too....I remember my original reply to you was "How cool to see Alex waltz into your store to browse as if he walked into your kitchen and opened your refrigerator door to see what you had in there to sample"....AND the fact that you had one his New Acoustic Guitars there and he signed it as well! I'm sure many of us Fans are jealous in a fun way of ALL the cool people you have chatted with over the years! Glad we can share in stories and video! Cheers Bruddah

Did you have any trouble streaming with Canon 5d Mark IV? Sound, image or hdmi clean out? Also do you know if when it's streaming the canon LDC is still on? It helps me a lot!! Thanks!!
