This 540R seems to be a perfect guitar for lead tones. But it doesn't look and sound like a metal blaster. Hard rock and fusion with lot of artistic shred and whammy tricks is her territory.

So awesome to hear from the man in my opinion who trumped the Brown Sound of Eddie Van Halen! John you're a great player and you have the best tone a guitarist could ever dream about. Hope to see you out on tour somewhere soon!

Hi, Great review! Is the recording quality different between the H5 and F1 on the same microphone/capsule? If there is a difference, how big is it in terms of sound quality? I appreciate the answer)

Great Review and "Tutorial" of sorts... I uses the CQ18-T to replace my Rodecaster Pro 2, but I'll probably still use my RP2 in conjunction with the A&H... I just like the Audio for music better on the CQ than I do in the RP2... I do music related KZbin content, and I use the mixer for my music production studio, and for Djing..I'll eventually get into Pod Casting as well... Thanks for sharing! #Salute

Brotherrr, excellent content . No need for the background music , I’m sure many people like me we just want to hear what the mic is doing and in relation to the room it’s in! Quality video nonetheless looks like you’re enjoying what you’re doing out there! Cheers

Sorry but PRS is one incredibly patronising git. Who the hell is he to tell even a 13 year old prodigy like Lisa what they should and should not be concentrating on. He’s a semi pro standard guitarist (at best) as a player. As a guitar maker he makes world class guitars but when you think about it his guitars are everything he tells Lisa she needs to get away from . Playing fast and play scales modes and arpeggios is exactly like his guitars which are technically brilliant but have no soul. His guitars are just that. I have owned probably 10 core models over the last 25 years I never fell for of them they were Always a second or third choice . So mr PRS practise what you preach you produce soulless guitars technically great but do me I will stick to my perfect guitars (with Soul) Shijie , Suhr , Anderson.

I never knew Fender released a Gary Moore Tribute model. With only 60 being made, at the time, it's doubtful I would've had been able to afford 1.....even more so today! Maybe you can help me try to hunt down the WHITE STRAP he used on " Red House " when he played Fenders 50th Anniversary Concert. I just bought a brand new, 70th Anniversary model, of course in Fiesta Red, in honor of Gary. I've been searching for the White Strap sine before it arrived last Saturday. Needless to say....I'm definitely NOT DISAPPOINTED! If you could let me know how to buy one, I would really appreciate your help and time. Great Video and again, thank you for your time!! Take care, KK

"As far as GoPro & myself (Jason the filmmaker) are aware this was the first time ever that a camera was hung from the undercarriage angle of a guitar live at a show." Don't ask me for when and where, but pretty sure I've seen live performance footage from such an angle.

This looks exactly like my YD305. Same binding and accents on the back spine. Mine is a 1975 made in Negoya. It plays beautifully and the bass sounds like a piano. I’m pleased to say mine is in even better shape than this one too
