My Ojama Yugioh Deck Profile for Post Duel Overload

As far as a 'pure' Ojama deck goes, you absolutely get it, but I can't help but feel it can be cleaned up in a few areas. Personally, I never liked running anything other than one Armed Dragon level 3. Since Ojamatch can pull it out from the GY anyway, running anything more just feels bricky. Similarly, Painful decision is a decent deck thinner, but I would argue it isn't worth the risk of running 3 of each of the normal monsters. You want to open with them as infrequently as possible in my experience. Some other cards to consider/Tech-in: Obedience schooled (Worst case scenerio, it's a free Emperor. Best case scenerio, you just locked down your opponent turn 1.), Instant Fusion (Summon Ojama Knight, use Knight in the link summon of Emperor, bring back Knight with Emperor's effect.), Ground Collapse (only if you're going for a lockdown strategy.), Rescue Cat/Rabbit (SS your Ojama monsters from the deck.), Valerifawn (pseudo-monster reborn with legs that also let you do more link plays.) Thousand-Eyes/Millenium-Eyes (other Instant Fusion targets.), Knightmare Link monsters (For Utility),

Ojama’s are my favorite can’t wait to see an armed dragon edition to this deck. But I’d also really like to see the way you’d combine the silent swordsman and silent magician monsters into one cohesive deck

I think you overlook a briliant aspect of ojama's. They can block your opponents monster zones, if you ad a ground collapse and maybe ojama duo or trio(if your opponent does not have a extra deck monster that can use the tokens) combined with ojama knight and king you are able to block all or almost all their monster zones. Locking them out of summoning any monster even if 1or 2 zones are still open they can not summon any monsters that require multiple tributes, or materials.

You can play Ojamatch during your standby phase, add your stuff then with it's extra summon Armed Dragon LV3 and his level up effect will trigger because it's your standby phase. Your awesome Kiratwig

@@VEGANzUmebies This deck is not really up-to-date with the current meta, as it has no ways of stopping opponents combos other than blocking out monster zones. If there were some more negation methods in here like Ash blossom, infinite impermanence, solemn strike, etc., it would probably hold up much better. Even running ABC Dragon Buster would allow for some card banishing, but there's a lot of sacrifices in running that OjamABC deck too.

Some reccs: Magical Hats because you can get Ojamagic to the GY easily with that, and Fire Fighting Daruma Doll to destroy a set Ojamagic & Beast type boosts.

How do you get around the issue of not being able to use both Fusion Recycling Plant and Ojama Country at the same time? My problem with running Recycling Plant is that once I summon Ojama King, he's straight garbage without ojama country, but with fusion recycling plant on the field I only need to wait 2 turns and I can summon ojama knight using the materials I get from the Plant. What's the right play here?

Ojama trio is trash in the current meta because opponent can link summon using them. Ojama duo is also pretty bad in situations too

@@teddysworldinsane7382 That card is pretty nice, but only if you're running the pure ojama deck. For an OjamABC w/ ojamassilimation, it ruins the strat. Doesn't affect armed dragon that much though. Honestly, throwing in some meta cards like dark bribe, solemn strike, swords of revealing light to give yourself more space to set up the combo chains without interruptions works well too. Also, check out Melffy Hide-and-Seek, which i just learned about and seems perfect for Ojama decks.
