LOVE the look of this rare Premier Rokkaku. Had to have this one when I saw it, and am incredibly lucky Lesley in California passed it along. Hung on her wall for years, and never flown until today. It now hangs on my wall.

That's a new one to me, Michael, I've never even seen it in a catalog or advertisement. Something to treasure! By the way, bowing the kite more at the bottom than the top is the best (and maybe only) tip I know for flying a rokkaku, plus the usual one of bowing more in high wind and less in light wind, of course.

You have a real kite treasure there. Have never seen this Premier design before and looking like new. Thanks for a great video showing this rare kite.

I understand it was first issued in 2003. I think it's pretty cool. More of a decoration here at home.

Absolutely glorious Michael. So glad you took this one out for a fly, and I hope it is now safely restored to your wall as a piece of art. I imagine that’s got a significant pull to it.

Not too bad Jonny. Winds picked up and I put it away. I see that rokkakus are a bit finnicky.

@@MichaelKSherman yes, but there’s a lot of adjustment with the bowing. I think there’s an art to getting it just right.

Where we differ is that I would have superimposed that warrior face over my own in the closing bumper. I'm just that corny. Dont ask why, ask how! ( Get it? Indian humor)
