As someone who also has a ton of anxiety on flights (not as much as QT, but definitely chronic) I really recommend watching/reading stuff from pilots on flying. There’s a pilot on KZbin that makes content about his job and watching some of that stuff really helped me change my worldview because I realized how little could really go wrong on a passenger flight. I also know that my mom had a “flight therapist” when she was younger to help her deal with her anxiety about flying. There are resources out there to work through it, so if anyone reading this needs it, I hope this info can be helpful to you!

Shoutout QT for going on flights, I haven't been on one for 5ish years because the last time I went on one I had like a 2 hour long panic attacking including me wanting to go to the hospital and non stop vomiting.
