So me and my best friend have a game we play at the end of every practice. You both throw a house ball at the start of the frame, and pick up the spares with a stupidly strong reactive ball or spare ball, but the thing is you HAVE to hook at the spare shot, you can not throw it straight. So if you have a 10 pin you MUST backup ball, if you have a 7 pin, you must hook at it, etc.. If you strike with the house ball, that's 2 points, if you spare with a reactive, that's 1 point. Best of 3 games wins. It gets fun so quick! If you try this, let me know how it goes!

Challenge Idea: some bowling alleys have a program that allows you to choose whatever spare patterns you want, you could do a wheel spin to randomize which patterns are chosen or have the opponent choose which one you have to pick up.

What people should takeaway from this video: surface changes are important and to not be afraid to try it and see how it helps or hurts. If it helps then keep some balls at that surface. If it hurts then avoid that surface unless going to tournament and need a variety.
