In a restaurant, the employees take turn to make staff meal.
Although you can consider staff meal to be any single meal,
making a meal for a group of chefs with sophisticated palate is not easy.
Using the food knowledge I gained from working 14-16 hour shift, I tried my best to develop my original recipe at home on my day off.
Overtime, I was able to accrue a list of my original recipes.
Although this pasta sauce is deviating from the norm,
when I was working at a Michelin restaurant, I occasionally made this recipe as a staff meal and it was always praised by my coworkers.
This is the recipe that I have never fully revealed to anyone despite the many questions about the recipe.
Initially, I wanted to put this on the menu when I have my own restaurant, but now that I can no longer work in a kitchen, after a long contemplation I upload this recipe.
