One thing that needs to be appreciated about this guy that he has a great physique ... It takes lots of dedication hard work and discipline... That's why most of the people doesn't like to make body as it is a very difficult task and is very tough to make body... I myself hate exercises and hate going to the gym... I only love to dance sing and act in theater plays that's my passion and interest and I love it alot

Gym bohat acchaa hai.... actually workout open mai hi hona chaiye... for sweating... ac gyms mai workout ka maza nahi ata...agar ac rakhna hai bad bade gyms mai... toh washroom changing room mai rakhe.. for members comfort... but The workout place should be open... on terrace or somewere near beach..... ur the best ex. for everything sahil sir.... fantastic... lots of success is yet to come in ur way 👌👌👌
