Sometime you have to think about memory space as well. Also, if you believe the lighting you are shooting is perfect and wouldn't require too much colour pull in post, then 150mbps works as well.

honestly i hate this menu system. this is very confusing. some options that is forced to use instead of ability to completely disable them. some options for framrates are possible in some bitrates. this is very confusing and in my opinoon bad menu system. sometimes looking for one options that irrating most and set that option and forget can take even hour. i hate this menu system and this is why i still considering to seel my lumix camera.
