It's the same mango we get here in the u.s. It is red and green instead of yellow, also not that sweet compared to the Philippine mango. Palengke is such a Philippine vibe. I don't know why the Caimito vendor was laughing when weighing the Caimito (star apple). Your parents are so sweet. They still hold hands. How old is your favorite lola? Salty duck egg (red egg) good with rice.

The old palengke was so chaotic and hard to find a parking place. The palengke at Sagitan is much worst and in dire need of improvement. Thanks for sharing your happiness, bonding with your parents.
