2 guys in Nice have one on KZbin been so many places in their Ami. They bought a stick on rear vision mirror off Amazon recommend it driving around busy areas .. Is a sun shade for the Glass roof apparently when it's warm weather .. Going to save your lovely parents alot of money on fuel to the shops and supermarket chemist post office etc they do hold quite a few grocery bags in the front of passenger seat and behind driver seat I've seen on other KZbin citreon Ami Vlogs. @@Driven247 very much so. got it undersealed and had it up on a lift at dealers and they fitted cabling for the 12v up through the access behind the seats so I can connect an Optmate 3 battery conditioner - vital in my view ... on my motorbike and solar version on cars parked outdoors - its a wonderful form of urban transport and can even run from auxilliary powerbanks which can be taken onbosrd for longer trips charged on 400 w solar panels - 2 x connected EcoFlow Delta Max 2100 kwh powerbanks if required but good for possible future domestic blackouts and outages ... love the basic Ami though .... small and very przctical. no complaints. oh and also bought a soare rim and tyre for £40 second-hand on eBay. peace of mind too 69 retired on S Coast

Tesla Model 3 driver here. I got one of these for my granddaughter. She now uses the Tesla, as I have so much fun with this thing, that I use it all the time. It is city transport, what I do (and she) but with this, you never have a parking issue, you can charge it really anywhere, runs basically for free. However, here in Spain we use the car for transport and not for the looks we are getting. I could not care less what people think if the thing is suited for my needs. I think I might get a second one and get rid of the Tesla, for the three times a year I need a "real" car I could rent one.

Loved the video. There is a Matchbox die cast version of this car you have to get for your parents. That's how I found out about it this model of car as never heard of it before. Looking forward to the other vids on this as curious to learn more about it. I own a Abarth 595 Comp, so not a fan of electric cars, but at least Citroen as usual make quirky cars and they have done it with this AMI as well

Apparently, all it takes to give an Ami a top speed of 50mph + is to tweak the software- In this country it needs to be able to keep up with the urban traffic flow and 28mph is dangerously slow on our narrow roads.

I think these are brilliant. It should cost pennies to run too. Are they keeping the Panda 100 too? Reminds me of the time I had to drive a Renault Twizy, with no doors, up a 70mph dual carriageway at 40mph with lorries zooming past. So much more fun than it should have been
