It depends from child to child, there are ones who get spoiled due to getting this much freedom, but those who turn out bright because there isn't any pressure on them also exist. It totally depends on how the child uses the freedom. As with her case, I think it's fine because she is not using her freedom in a too bad manner.

Having no rules is very smart, it shows what interest the kid has and what they love, instead when having certain rules the child can’t express their interests freely and would have to keep shut, you know kids are very outgoing and very mysterious, so when putting a certain rule on a child when they’re young it’s gonna effect them growing up

Ugh! I hate starting fights in the comments...so let's keep this short and sweet right to the point...Parents stick there nose in your business to look out for you and make sure your safe. No matter how old you get your parents will never stop looking out for you...So if you wanna complain about your parents sure go ahead but just remember that one day they might be gone and you wont be able to take back anything you said.

I'm really thankful for my rules I'm really smart because of school and videos I watched.. good thing I'm not like this girl because she might not be smart. My parents don't put pressure on me hopefully. The weekends have the least amount of rules my parents give me rules so they protect me. Thanks Mom and dad!

Rules are giving children boundaries, if a child does not have boundaries they could end up doing very bad things. Not to mention they can become entitled to everything and not understand what no means.

Honestly, there are also not many rules in my house, I have no fixed study time and eating time, but I could be called a student who gets excellent grades, not flexing though. The reason is, when my elder sister was small, my mom didn't make literal rules for her, but my mom used to help my sister in studying and everything, so when I was born, my sister could not study alone, also, when I was 3 to 6 years old, both my maternal grandparents where very sick and actually both of them passed away when I was in that age, my parents had to run to hospitals every now and then, and being a kindergarten kid at that time, I was still very responsible, I could study on my own after I knew the basics of education like numbers and the 26 alphabets. I started to eat, study, bathe and probably do most of the things myself from myself from a very young age. Today, my parent don't have much set rules for me an day sister, because they trust us and know what's good for us and what's not, sometimes, we do make mistakes or we do need our parents to help us, but, we don't have rules, I are also never get scolded for grades, because I score really high grades, mostly above 90%, yes there have been times when I didn't score great, my parents just explained to me what was right, and when I eat unhealthy and go to bed late, I am not scolded or punished, I am just told that it is not good for my health, this might seem like I want to tell I am perfect, but no, I mean to tell that it's not always necessary to have rules if a child needs to be good, but obviously, if the child doesn't understand that they are doing something wrong, rules are not bad in that case, and honestly man, I have never been grounded or punished ever by my parents, I only get punished at school for talking between my classes 🤭🤭 thank you for reading my long comment and hope you have a great day ❤

Having some boundaries is good for kids. I am 13, I sometimes get mad at my parents for some rules they make or they don't let me do what I want, but after thinking for sometime, I understand that they are right. Sure, some rules are bad, but our parents just want good for us.

You are very right and if her parents didn't raise her well or told her about the danger in life, so how does she know what's right or what's wrong like if she eats a month only pizza wouldn't she get sick or worse hospitalized? It's every kids dream to have pizza that much but ofc parents don't let us because it's not good for us. Parents raise us as a good person and we should obey them
