It is AI written. That whole, "it's not about the money, but principle" idea is in a bunch of different stories. The AI just finds different ways to write the same things. Yep collection wouldn’t go after his brother,it wasn’t his account his name wasn’t on it 🙄. He would have had to file a police report, have it documented then contact the 3 credit bureaus with proof it was fraudulent and have it removed from his credit report. The same with the bank , they could then decide if they wanted to go after his brother for fraud and theft of services.

Except for Italy, change is advantageous and even by going out with excursions and travel agents there you won't reach $93K.
