I LOVE these cooking videos! They’re so good! Who else remembers when Sarah was thinking about moving out with Kurt and one of the things she was most excited about was a big sunlit kitchen that she would be able to film recipes in without having family members also trying to use it? YUM! I made this last night for my family and it was sooo delicious. I opted for gluten free rice lasagne sheets, and I was so worried when they didn't cook through! I problem solved and added a little more liquid than in your recipe. Just put some broth on the edges and put a lid on for an additional 10-15 mins in the oven. Will make again! The spinach win the sauce was undetectable as were the zucchini and eggplant!

So true, the nutmeg makes such a difference. I use it in my Mornay-sauce for lasagne and for my parsley-sauce. And we always put our vegetables in the sauce, will try the aubergine next time.
