the dinner looks delicious! try the brazilian recipe for the rice, its amazing, we eat rice almost everyday here in Brazil :) just sauté a couple cloves of minced garlic and onion in a little oil (olive oil), add the rice, season with salt, cover with water, let it cook and then its done! we use 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice :)
