No we shouldn't use any cleanser like clean and dry. Don't do. It's very sensitive area. Just use normal water

Starting me too kamar toot jati thi 🥲, bohat pain hota tha , evenly bohat heavy flow tha blood ka ,13 to 19 age takk but ab jab sa 20 ki hoi hun na painn hota ha balka hota hi nhi abb orr starting ka days me bhi blood ka flow bohat kamm😶.
