Like you said everybody’s body is different Intermittent fasting has really helped me, my symptoms became very controlled due to intermittent fasting. I ate everything but less of it.

It suited you great 👍Intermittent fasting is a safe and effective diet plan. There is no doubt that it works for losing weight and helps to improve your health, but it does not work the same way for all. Remember every individual is different. Their health condition, body's requirements are all unique. What works for others might not work for you. So listen to your body and do what works for you.

Hello Himanshu ji... I am menopaused for the last 2 years... N after watching Dr. Pal s video started intermediate fasting... In 6 moths I reduced 21 kg... Which I have never lost in my whole life time... So please don't say intermediate fasting doesn't work... N my diabetes also came down n i rarely use my medication

मेरा menopause 41 में ही हुआ था। उसके बाद ही मुझे diabatic हुआ और age of 43 से hot flashes निकाल रहे हैं। मेरी उम्र इस समय 54 है और लगातार hot flashes और पसीने से जूझ रही हूं।

Dr. Sarika ji hello, I listened your video about menopause. It is very helpful. Thanks. My age is 50. At age of 42 my periods are gone due to taken steriods because I have suffer from rare decease. My weight increse. But I lose my weight by 11 kg doing gym. But now my stomach increse very much. And hips also increse. Is it due to steriods or because early menopause. Sorry for long questuon. Please tell.

Bp high bhi hota hai, ibs ke symptoms bhi start ho jate hain. Junk food, excessive sugar, spicy food, cold drinks, processed food bhi nahi suit karta. Peri menopause me bleeding bhi kum ho jati hai kai cases me.

Mam i have pre-menopause in early 30's n m unmarried. In my medical history I suffered tuberculosis twice n took the medicines for 7 yrs.. which had negative effect on my ovaries. Now I m going through POF( pre-ovarian failure).I took allopathy treatment but it's not helpful. Pl suggest if there is any treatment for POF in ayurveda Or any treatment.

U should check your thyroid is it is positive because of thyroid periods stop .otherwise it will be a pcod for pcod problem do exercise but for tuberculosis u have to see doctor.
