Hair fall issue comes due to many reasons like thyroid ,pcod & vitaman deficiency.most of the haifall issue comes due to vitamin deficiency.So first you have to find out what was the reason of hairfall and then only solution can be find.Amla,eating dry fruits daily it also help to stop hair fall .take supplements for one or two week then hair fall will be stop, after that you can eat dry fruits and amla daily it helps you to prevent hairfall.due to hairfall ,hair cells become weak and hair will not grown.it take time to grow back hair.So don't worry first you have to find solutions for hair fall after hairfall stop,hair will be regrow
