I purchased the La Prairie skin caviar foundation and powder and fell in love with it too. Then felt inspired to upgrade my entire make up collection and went curating and downsizing it to only the best of the best. Everything need to be up-to-date, have great performance and... make me happy! The La Prairie powder substituted the Givenchy Poudre Libre fabulously, the Hermes bronzer replaced my used-to-be holy grail Chanel cream bronzer. Got a couple of Valentino blushes, and grabbed a few colors of my favorite pencils: Anastasia for the lips and Victoria Beckham for the eyes... I went for quality over quantity.

Dang. I had it in my cart during the sales but Amazon US shipping has gotten OTT. I wanted to get this and the lightest NYX Butter Bronzer (neither in AUS) but $AU44 shipping for 2 bronzers? No. Sort of FOMOing now lol. Most are just so orange on me (including Hourglass Dragon. AGAIN, Hourglass).

The best thing i like about you Nikki, is you do a good mix of highend and drugstore....there are lots of influencers who say "oh, im not interested in 'cheap' stuff, i only buy highend".... well, constantly proven, there are Many drugstore items as good, if not better than highend, and not all of us have a huge disposable income, but we all have the right to look and feel good and you give us that. ❤❤❤❤😊

Nikki, your videos are so informative, plus you're so fun to watch! I was watching this video with my 22 year old daughter. She said "If Nikki recommends it, no question it will be great!" I've loved the KVD Good Apple foundation all of 2024 thanks to you. Also, your brush set changed my makeup game forever. One thing I recently discovered that I cannot live without is the Catrice Bright and Blur loose powder. It's the closest thing I've found to replace my Givenchy Prisme Libre. My absolute favorites in 2024 are the About-Face The Performer foundation, Caliray tubing mascara, Huda loose powder, NYX Buttermelt bronzer in Butta Cup (worn as a cheekbone highlighter as well as an eyeshadow), Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner in mushroom, Sephore lipliner in Sink or Suede, and Ravie Beauty Effortless Lips in Dahlia, Zinnia and Lily. And for skincare, I can't part with my Zero cleansing balm, my Clarins eye cream, and my Paula's Choice moisturizer/primer/SPF.

The ELF lash extender in brown is literally the best brown brown that I have found. And because it's so cheap I don't mind buying a new tube every month and a bonus because it's tubing it holds a curl. I hope they never change the formula.

Hi Nikki, I absolutely love your content, but what truly makes it special is your personality and your genuine desire to share your knowledge and experience in such a selfless way. I do have a question that I hope you could touch on one day. I’m a makeup lover and enjoy creating my own looks that make me happy. I’ve been doing my own makeup for years, including for important events like weddings. My question to you as a makeup artist is disinfecting products between clients. I’ve always been nervous about having someone else do my makeup because I don’t know how they sanitize their products-especially eyeshadows. If you could share some insights on this topic in one of your videos, it might help put people like me at ease when considering professional makeup artists in the future. Wow. So many great products listed here, Nikki! 🥰I use quite a few of them. My go-to eyeliner is Lisa Eldridge's pencil in Night Forest. I have hazel green eyes, and this makes them pop. Still loving my Kosas Cloudy Set in Breezy. I love the MAC, Revlon, Bravon, and Milani lip liners. My holy grail lips but better match was Shiseido's Rose Vintage lip liner, but it was discontinued. Revlon's "Mink" shade is a pretty close match. My lips are very cool toned, a blue-based rosy lilac hue, pretty pigmented naturally, so I can't pull off the nude tones. They give me a lipless look against my fair skin and dark hair. 😉 I have always had full, naturally archy brows, but now that I'm in my early 60s I'm losing some brow hairs. I love palette kits applied with a brush. I've used Smashbox, e.l.f., and others. I also love Benefit's brow microfilling pen in Brunette and the EM Cosmetics microfluff pen, along with some drugstore microfine pencils. I'm brow-obsessed, too. lol The EM Cosmetics cream stick blush in Venetian Rose is a dusty rose shade I think you would love, Nikki!
