Just finished my last begginer build home program! Moving onto intermediate! Lovvving the timers, and training notes! Found a new healthy way to take care of myself. Havent worked out for over a year 😅 loving how i feel after each workout!

i think AI taking over the world isn’t that much different from our daily and constant searches on the internet for answers. it’s just scarier because it seems more sentient. but with anything i think we need to moderate how much we rely on it. if we listen to it more than ourselves i think that’s where the problem lies

I love self-check out in the supermarket. I can scan and pay 3x faster than a bored worker doing a job that's soul crushing. Regarding AI, the current form is very basic as they are proposing AGI (artificial generic intelligence) in 2 to 4 years. That form of AI will be able to make the perfect workout for you taking into account several different metrics.

@@mdjfitness You can also add some other details, such as asking for an efficient 1-hour workout, possible supersets, or including your specific goals, exercises to avoid/include, body parts you want to focus/go easy on, etc. If you want to simulate a newbie, you could also just add some information about yourself ("I'm new to exercising", "I've had back issues", etc.) and it should provide more details and possibly adjust the plan as well LLMs are a lot more interesting when asked for something personalized than something generic that's just going to be an amalgamation of what's the most popular in the training data

I think it’s a little unfair that you ask the AI for something very vague “the hardest full body workout ever please” to be disappointed that it didn’t give you something specific in return. If you instead wrote “I need you to program a full body workout that can be completed in one hour. I have access to a fully equipped gym. Intensity & efficiency are a priority so supersets are encouraged. Please make sure to program number of sets and reps and rest times. Also include tips for performing every exercise for me to use as a mental checklist to maintain proper form, maximize effectiveness and avoid injury.” Additionally you can always go back and forth to fine tune the answer if you were unhappy with what you got. I hope you give it an honest try. At the end of the day AI is a tool just like your iPhone and camera the better you learn how to use it the more you get out of it.

Slow down your tempo in the reps , especially in the negative stretch part of the exercises . You’re leaving half the gains on the table by just doing fast reps . Controlling the weight slowly in the negative is actually what stimulates the most muscle growth .

Hun, is this your full time job.? Do you work a full time job besides or is the gym your own business.? I work for the airlines as a a/c mech, And i asked the girl gate agents that work 8 to 10 hrs a day and i showed them what you do , they told me when they are done they just want to fall into the shower and go to bed.
