My Physical Investment For the Day

Not every day do I feel like cashing in that physical, mental, or personal investment. But my advice to myself is to do it anyway. Might not be as much as I wanted, but it's still something and that's what is most important to me. Sticking to my values of investing in myself and having a routine keeps me moving forward, even on the tougher days.
