And yet after nearly 40 years paying in to this country i was refused after all I'm only suffering from chronic pain, arthritis, colitis,eye condtion and nerve pain. Why the hell did i bother? The whole system is not designed for the native population that's for sure.

He gets full daily living support? This is so wrong. He can't make a meal? Can't wash ? Are you kidding me? Dressing? This is disgusting. This will be passed on to dwp. He can't travel, but goes on long trips to concerts and stands there for hours! All this is based on what he told someone on the phone. What is he telling his doctor? This country is be screwed! He is not going out because of anxiety? How many concerts with hundreds of thousands of people. Walking his dog!

I cannot believe what this man is bragging about. I got cancer in the neck and head, had bad motorbike accident. And couldn't get a penny. They said quote "" you only had cancer in the throat" ! Stay strong Kathy! This man is a true scrounger!

Why do you need daily living? You jumped out of that chair, had no problem opening that envelope or straightening it out. You are communicating no problem on here. Your mobility looked ok to me and you are understanding the contents of that letter with no issues. You don’t need benefits, you need a job. Benefits are hard to get. You should apply for an acting job you would definitely win an Oscar.

Do you know what is a HIDDEN disability, and what how dyslexia and ADHD mixed type, affect someones brain? If you genuinely have the knowledge about it..then please reply with your answer and your thoughts

A lot of the comments on here are judgemental comments. Just because he moved quickly from the chair and is able to read, doesn't mean he hasn't got a disability. There are several hidden disabilities out there, that makes an able-bodied person look normal when they are not. So stop judging a book by its cover, OK.

I think you will received a text msg saying that they have your application and how many days they will get back to you is around 58 daya but I am not sure .. for sure it downst take them too long

Zach, when you had your review did you tell them at the start of the interview that you are going to record the assessment or do you tell the DWP weeks in advance?

Last time I mentioned that when I was sent back the form, no one has seen it because when I had the call and I told them that I would record the assessment they told me that they have to reschedule then and I said that’s okay I will not record this, so I won’t miss my day ,but at the end, I did recorded just for my personal use kind of but nowadays, I believe ,that you’re allowed to record the assessment even without their knowledge as long as you you’re gonna have it for your personal use

My friend is the same but is awaiting assessment to prove it. Can you still claim whilst waiting for the assessment I wonder ??@@DramaQueenStudioz

@@JohnSmith-qc1gqyou still get paid whilst waiting for assessment. Once assessment has been completed they give the decision if the claim continues or is reduced or stopped. Then you decide to ask for a mandatory reconsideration if the outcome is a negative again you tell DWP you want to go to tribunal.

Hi there, when you say sick assessment, what kind of assessment was that? It was in phone assessment or it was just submission of the benefit.? Regardless I would suggest to phone them and find out what’s going on

I just got my Pip review form and I’m very stressed out. Did you have a social worker or a welfare worker to help you with the form or you just did the form yourself?

hi .. I had a friend help me filling it .. but when I had to complete the Universal credit form .. ( is almost the same as pip but with more questions ) I call the council and they gave me some helpful informations and who to contact to ask for help .. and actually they didi and they fill up that form themselves with me me ( over the phone tho)

Another question I have OCD social anxiety and learning difficulties take fluoxetine for my mental health Do you need a social worker to get the Pip because I don’t have a social work anymore because they’re close the case so will I still get my pip without of social worker because I don’t have no one to prompt me to do anything so I’m worried I won’t get the benefit because I don’t have a social worker no more

My brother is on PIP and he spends all his money on cannabis, beer, And cigarettes. Why on earth are PIP assessments are allowing this😢

Well if your brother has a real need he in title to it how he spent it is up to him .. we are people who really need the extra money goes .. A long way for Uber cabs for a cleaner or some to cook

How long did you have to wait for the decision letter? I've just had a video review assessment today.

Video assessment?! wow I had a telephone assessment and the decision letter they said within eight weeks more or less two months and it arrives slightly less than that. I will suggest just call them back and ask for a copy of the assessment report just to have it in hand.

They are normally pretty good at sending out decision letter.

Well done Robert… make sure to dcan the entitlement letter cos ypu will need it in the feature to get disacount etc eg the public transport discount .. check it online if you don’t know about it

Robert did have a phone call? I sent my back i got a message to say they may ring me or i will see there docter i sent them loads of infomation...i hope i dont have to see them or a phone call i car'nt speak becouse of my condition

if you need to speak to there m, have someone with you and that person could speak on your behalf .. could be even a friend or a neighbour ..someone who is taking care of you when he/she is around
