and this video is about the pip, personal independence payment award review form AR2, this is a different form and is for a specific claimants, is this form the main question that appears in each question is "tell us if anything change"..
now I was going to answer all the question , and I was already overwhelming by this , but another claimant did what I will explain in the video :

Hi there, well when I. First apply and I still had my diagnosis of my condition they awarded me with the standard daily living but I appeal to get the points right cos no matter I could have tried I couldn’t get any higher benefit

Why don't you ask the DWP, better still MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS

@stuarto5162 Why? My family are taxpayers, higher tax band. It's about time the taxpayers had a say where their tax is spent. We now know we never get back what they pay in. That's not on!! Feel free to call the tax office and pay the higher tax bracket plus extra,all it takes is a phone call.

@stuarto5162 A much fairer system would be no immigrants can use the NHS or claim benefits. They should take out private insurance the day they arrive rather than pay towards the NHS. That way, they get the amount of health care they pay for. It's probably better than the NHS to be fair. That way, they get back every penny they've paid in. It's a win win.
