Lol it's caused by this feature all the ps4s have called shitty piece of trash consoles. Basicly its just poorly applied thermal paste from my experience with these pieces of junk. All models of PlayStation4 are known for this lazy design. It usually happens later though after a few years, but seriously Same bs problems for a few 100$ upgrade. Strange all the reviews have been saying its really quiet and only noisy when installing from the disk and sometimes in game menu's (menu issue is some games have uncapped fps in menu so fans spin up to 100%).

Take it apart and blow all the dust out and then clean off the old Thermal Paste using a coffee filter and then put new Thermal Paste on the APU. Put it back together and it will sound like day one again...

Hey just wanted to say that is happening is when you start up in most games it goes to 3000 frames it kills slowly to the console thats why it dosent matter if it is digital or disc try to delete and download again and see if it works but if it dosent work you need to get a another ps4 pro...been ecperiencing that myself
