If it’s the pregnancy tea, you can drink it throughout your pregnancy to help support your placenta to do what it needs to do for the baby. It contains more than just the raspberry leaf. It’s the JUST raspberry leaf tea that you start to drink at around 34 weeks. I’m currently 35 weeks and 3 days, so I started to drink just the raspberry leaf tea as suggested by my midwife and Doula. Drink lots of warm stuff once u have baby. like oatmeal and abuelita chocolate and always cover your back while breastfeeding so ur milk doesn’t dry up. It’s a Mexican thing lol. Congrats on baby again.your going to be a great mommy ❤️🎀

Hi chachi, can you talk more about your anxiety with birth? Like make a video about coping with it and how you deal? I feel the same way. Pregnancy is exciting but I have so much anxiety for every little thing, feeling, sensation that comes with it, especially the baby resting on my lungs and having short of breath from it, and also anxiety regarding when it’s time to give birth and what can happen. I would love to hear how you get through it all

Hey Chachi! I would wait a couple more months, more towards week 37 when baby is full term, to drink the raspberry leaf tea. Because in addition to strengthening the uterus, it also helps soften the cervix and that is something you'd want to avoid till baby is full term. Lots of love xx 💕

Don’t forget to moisturize your legs. A lot of women concentrate on their belly because that’s what’s growing but your thighs are super important to. I got most of my stretch marks on my thighs especially towards the end which is when you really start to gain the weight. The end is when I started to get my stretch marks I didn’t have any until about 7 months pregnant.

Hey chachi I just want to let you know .. you probably already know But the prenatal gummies don’t have iron in them .. do you take iron pills separately? When I was prego, I was taking the gummies also, and I ended up getting pretty anemic towards the end of the pregnancy because I wasn’t taking any iron. I thought the gummies had it in there. .. with that being said I almost had to get blood transfusion.. because if your blood level is below a certain number it’s dangerous when you are giving birth. ❤️
