Brandao been trying to lose weight for years but has a coach ever actually suggested this? Are his running times much better lighter? I always think he looks lean. If you training and eating healthily and your weight settles at 104 kilos maybe that just the weight that your natural weight. If your fitness numbers are good no problem. I sometimes think he thinks something magic will happen if he loses a couple of kilos. I suspect it will make no difference.

He’s 6ft6 if VVD weighs 92 he should weigh about 98-100 but he’s in fine shape currently, it sounds heavy because he’s so tall but if he looses too much weight the wind could blow him over. He’s not loosing 25kg unless you cut off an arm.

He is 29-30 he’s playing in a semi pro league basically like Sunday league but they train 2 times a week maybe. It’s a terrible level but hey this guy wants to keep playing I’m sure he makes more off of KZbin. But he can’t play at a higher level it’s just facts. He doesn’t have the skills.

@@JayJay-kb4dqThe Welsh premier league isn’t the best league but it’s better than nothing. Brandon should had returned to Germany after his Romanian club got relegated imo. He could had played in the German 4th or 5th division which have decent levels of play and corporate sponsors.

There are players who are on fully professional contracts. Even the players who are not on fully professional contracts get cushy part time office jobs with local corporate sponsors.

@kenw7287 tbh brandao ruined his own career, he tried and failed being a striker and not getting a proper agent. If he became a CB early around 22 and got himself proper representation could of had a decent career
