Totally agree with your opinion about loud exhaust👍. Loud exhausts serves no purpose and is daamn expensive. I do love them on bikes and cars when they are in a racetrack or places where adding an exhaust give you advantage in power and weight savings. I am waiting for my Interceptor (since I am a student) and when that day comes I will buy really nice riding gears, Ride them without any mods for 10k km . I will use that time to judge my bike, upskill myself in a safe enviornment like a race track and understand what is necessary to do. After that I may spend my money on Suspenion, Brakes , Tyres , Ergenomics and will ride it with all heart instead of some crappy exhaust.

When you get your bike try to not change anything in it for first 6 months and then change what you feel is required. I've done quite bit of changes on my interceptor but an exhaust is not one of them.

I was also speechless just as you and was just gliding over. No fear of being late... Nothing was bothering me.... My fellow riders are far, how can I catch them.... Nothing.... I was just enjoying nature and sound of my bike.... Mesmerizing.... Beautiful.... Words are not enough to describe the beauty of mother nature.... Thanks a lot to remind me all that again.... Changing the stock exhausts make the twins lighter than the Himalayan and increase the power by 5 bhp. I would personally change the exhaust, but truly refrain from being an idiot by removing the db killers.

Cool video, completely agree. Driving and riding for 30 years, always tuning and modding my cars and bikes for some performance enhancement and enthusiasm, this is something I was never been into, loud exhausts! I hate it. A Beautiful exhaust is not the louder one, but a sweet sounding one in moderation reflecting what that engine is. Unfortunately the general consensus is the other way around, at least with many people. Sometimes I get out of some group rides because of this. Rather than in the synchrony of some great sounding engines, you are in the middle of some obnoxious loud noise!

I'm late to the video, but I'm glad that I'm late, coz today while riding home, I was talking to myself like an idiot about the custom exhausts as well. I completely agree with your point, if they change the exhausts, atleast keep the db killer on. The thing is people change their exhausts on a lower cc bike, no offense to the engine size but, when they do that, it sounds really bad. Like if the engine is about the burst out or something. Those kind of exhausts are just not good for the public. And in higher cc bikes the exhausts are kinda good to hear. Idk about the interceptor, but I'm talking about the sports segment with the race exhausts and all, those sound really good. Yes, when it isn't annoyingly loud. I was going to buy a himalayan last month so like any other boy I was crazily binge wathcing the videos of this bike, people taking delivery and what not. Your 1st episode of ladakh showed up and I fell in love with that bike alot but more I fell in love with you so then I started binge wathcing your channel then I fell in love with GT more than anything and guess what😂 I cancelled Himalayan and booked mr clean and getting it by this month end. You are the one who made me spent a hundren fifty more but I believe that a single penny would be worth it. I just cannot wait and yeah I agree with your point on the baffles or the db killers, I'll be buying gursewak exhaust mayne a short cone or big shot not only because of that extra rumble but also because stock exhausts heat up too much. But yeah I promise not to create any chaos by using them without the baffles. Love you buddy, whenever you'll come dehradun again do share it on instagram.

I am with you on the part about the loud exhaust, I recently bought a Honda CB350, and I love the sound of it, but I don't rev the shit of it so that I can be the loudest guy in the traffic, nor would I ever try and make it louder. I think sound restrictions are there for a reason, and you only create nuisance and noise pollution by removing the baffles and installing a custom exhaust, I use to have an FZ25, and loved its sweet exhaust as well, but never modified it as well, it is still bone stock. But that's just me and people love loud and obnoxious-looking exhaust, we just have to live with it. Also amazing vlog as usual, did ladakh in 2918 on an apache RTR 200, and man was it amazing, wish i can go again soon.
