Hi lauryn!! Just wanted to let you know a tip I use for my anxiety: it's really important to eat something shortly after you wake up, because otherwise your blood sugar can drop which can mimic/contribute to anxiety! For me it's helpful to make sure that I always eat something with my coffee, since coffee also contributes to my anxiety :)

Omg i was just struggling with this recently, I think I have recently gotten very anxious and I always have coffee in the morning but struggle to eat, I like gag or lose my taste for food until almost afternoon. Do you know how to be able to eat food in the morning or did u not struggle with that? Like I have gotten very bad stomachaches and headaches and then I’ll be shaking and afraid to talk to people. It’s really bad rn :/

Hi love! I unfortunately have frequent ear issues. Ear oil from sprouts has changed the game for me! Put the ear oil in, take a warm shower & rub your ear/neck while in the shower. Repeat as needed. May take some time to feel relief, it worked for me! Hope your ear feels better 🤍
