So nice to hear from you! You are so funny. "Princess of Darkness" cracked me up. I'm trying to do what you said, be kind to myself and just not binge eat or go back to bad habits. I really need to start exercising because my weight loss has stalled. Nine months out now.

This is such a crazy time right now. Staying the same is ok...it actually means you’re handling it right? I’m trying to not put too many expectations on myself and just do my best. Don’t worry about the stall just keep eating well and taking care of yourself!
