New Balance needs to make a mashup sneaker. Upper of a 990 (either v3 or v4) with midsole of 1080 v14 (or midsole shaped like v3 or v4 but made out of all fresh foam x

Just got the 1080v14s for Christmas. Super comfy. definitely more stable than the v13s. I tried the rebels also but I hate how every time I have to pull the tongue up. I think next NB shoe for me is the More v5s or the balos. Those action Bronson rebels collab goes crazy tho 🔥

For me the 1080s make me feel unstable and almost like I'm falling backwards from my ankles

I am gonna try the 1080 v14 today in shop but as I have high toes and fragile nails, I think I won't like them even with 1/2 size up (it was the case of the v13) , I think better wait for the Nimbus 27 to be available in my country for my case. PS: I hate snug fit lol

@@huhSHUA its like fatigued after u wear it for a day bcos it too soft and sometimes its not stable. On the rebel v4 is soft too but its stable and lower to the ground compare to 1080v13 and v4 are better looking also.

Balos are amaaaazing! Mine are filthy and should probably clean them but they feel great. They good for everything, luckily here in the eu we got the black cw and they versatile enough imo to wear even casually not just running

In the event that you read this comment. I’ve been meaning to ask since your video on the dame 9’s. What’s the basketball equivalent to the balos? I find it’s the right amount of squish to responsiveness for me personally. Bought the nike gt jump 2 and waiting on the gt hustle 3 to arrive both of which are apparently plush but have yet to play in them.

I love the balos and 1080v13 and 14. Surprisingly they stopped selling the balos near me cuz they didn’t sell but it was a darn comfy shoe

Love to use daily trainers like the 1080's for walking/errands but the Rebels, SC Elite/Trainers are really not meant for walking all day. Ive become an avid runner the last few years and the Rebels and SC elites are great racing/ tempo trainers with the specific purpose of hitting certain paces in short tempo or longer specifically paced runs. Walking on a carbon plate is not good for your foot if they used for all day wear.

Must be the price point my dude but I’m right there with you balos is phenomenal for me. Tried the more v5 and rebel v4 but somehow didn’t find them as comfortable. Might have to try them again but I feel like I can’t compress them enough and I thought I was heavy enough to do so

I have rebelv4, 1080v13, 9060 and 327. If i do a ranking: 1. Rebelv4 (the best shoe in the market! Must buy) 2. 9060 3. 327 4. 1080v13 (softest BUT its so overrated and hurting my ankle at the of the day)

I like the rebels but the colorways are absolutely hideous, too bad they don't offer some toned down colors. 1080 V13s are still the king for plush soft new balance shoes for me or just overall.

They are running shoes. I’ll bet that he are not on he’s feet for many hours a day, or if you do 15.000-25.000 a day. Your feet would be messed up with these soft cushion soles.
