So sorry about your obliqua Ashley, I remember when you bought her. If definitely seems like an advanced plant and you are correct to not recommend it for a beginner especially when you seem to be doing all the right things for it and it’s still being difficult ugh. I think the one plant with long arial roots, I would have cut off the leaf due to no saving that leaf. And propagated in water/peroxide solution.

I may have kept it to let it give it’s sugar and nutrients etc to the rest of the plant but depending on the size of the plant it may have been better off like you said chopping it off! Does the water/peroxide solution have a better success rate or do you throw in the peroxide to help prevent bacteria/root rot? Thanks for watching!
