How did you water the pups, from top cups or bottom? I'm potting a few pups using self-watering pots but some You Tubers say to water from the top while others say water from bottom using the wicks. Very helpful videos, Thanks

I think either is fine honestly. I had one in leca so kept a water reservoir at the bottom and the other in the orchid bark mix I water in the top cup and every once in a while would give the medium a little moisture. Hope this helps!

@lillamy2896 yes price has gone down which is great! I’d say it’s definitely harder than other agleonemas but if you give it what it needs it should grow good for you! Good luck!

I know this may be silly cause you prob tried it but have you turned it off/fully unplugged it and tried filling it then? F you fill on a timer make sure the little button flips are in the correct position. If this doesn’t help unfortunately I am not sure what the issue could be as I’ve never experienced this problem so I’d definitely recommend contacting customer service. I had a leak issue with the nozzle that screws onto the reservoir and they were great with sending me new parts to fix this issue.

I now grow almost all my Hoyas semi hydroponically in leca. I have 2 that are still in soil and for those I mix soil pumice and a little orchid bark to help keep the soil very airy yet retaining moisture. Both plants in the soil are thriving and growing nonstop so for me this mixture has worked well for them.
