Hey Conor, all of us who follow you (I found your channel just a few months ago) appreciate your openness about your personal health journey, and the importance of finding the right professionals to diagnose an issue. It must be a challenge to provide accurate and detailed information, yet still be able to keep the interest of the viewer by making the exercises as simple as possible to accomplish a satisfactory result. You clearly do your homework, and your content is proof. You have me thinking about internal and external rotation every time I go out for my evening walk! Your vision of having a one stop location is commendable, and if you ever get to the level of going nationwide, you should look into opening a facility in Western New York State. We would welcome you.

Your 5-year plan sounds amazing! A facility like that becoming commonplace would transform so many people's lives. I've struggled with some similar physiological issues over the past few years so I understand how frustrating it is and how much work and research it takes on your part to get the right care. I'm glad to hear you've been able to address a lot of your deficiencies and I hope things continue to improve for you going forward!

Thank you for a great year. I’ve had chronic pain for 6 years due to the strong left aic/right bc pattern, but for the first time in a long time, my body feels damn near close to normal (neutral) and it’s all thanks to your content. PRI is still the most underrated subject yet has the most powerful concepts that every human being needs to grasp! Long live PRI!!!
@Prince.Spiffy8 ай бұрын
Love your content. I’ve had hip impingement for years, and I had tried so many different corrective programs. It wasn’t until I addressed left aic pattern that some pain is finally going away. One thing I’m having a hard time doing is balancing what you say with what other trainers say. The biggest example I’ve noticed is when it comes to thoracic extension. Thoracic extension seems very important, and people are limited in their ability to do this, yet your content almost seems to suggest the opposite, so much so that our feet should be on the bench when we bench press to stay better aligned. I don’t know how to balance that with the content from athlean-x (also great) who has whole videos on bench press suggesting an elevated sternum, big rib cage, feet on the floor to produce leg drive. Another small example would be how to improve internal rotation of the hip. It’s really popular to do this with a banded joint mobilization, where the band pulls the femur out, but you show the opposite- use a foam roller to push the femur in. Thanks for the work you do, seriously hadn’t felt any significant relief until I started doing your shit 🤘

Thinking about people who spent many hours a week on 2 wheels. Advice while cycling and for afterwards would be very helpful for people if possible. First off, I absolutely love your content. I’ve been working through the Beginner Body Restoration Program and have been seeing great results! Personally, I would really like to see more lifting-related content. I watched your video on bracing, but it’s still something I struggle with at heavier loads. I am hoping as I progress through the programming and watch more videos, I will continue to improve, but some more content specifically on breathing and bracing during specific exercises at the gym would be awesome. Thank you for everything!

Your issue with reaching the masses vs. making the content you like to make is a microcosm of “making it” in the fitness/wellness industry. It’s a serious problem that the most knowledgeable people in the game don’t always have the loudest voice. I guess this is actually a microcosm of our civilization… dang. Good luck on the move and I hope to come see you in SD!

Congratulations on all your success this year and best of luck with both the big San Diego plan and also your own health journey. 2023 has been the year that I’ve discovered your content, which has made a genuine difference to my life. I’ve spent my whole adult life (25ish years) thinking I had asymmentries no one else has. Thanks to you I’ve learned all about left AIC right BC and PEC and I know how start to address it. It has been beyond reassuring to realise I’m not alone with this and exciting to start to fix it. For what it’s worth, the detailed videos are the ones I value most, with the accompanying web pages. I keep 4 or 5 of them open the whole time - left AIC etc. Understanding the whole picture is crucial, so please don’t stop making the longer, more detailed videos. All the best to you Conor, thanks for everything, Happy New Year from Guildford, near London, England

@benkrueger60568 ай бұрын
My email bounced back so posting here instead: Hey Conor, I super appreciate all the work you've done with your KZbin channel and programs. I'm a Beginner Body Restoration & shoulder health customer and I am constantly using your routines to modify my own PRI exercises as someone who's been in chronic pain for 8+ years. I'm not 100% but am better than I've ever been. I had an idea to share from your 2023 year end video as someone who's been doing PT for years, and PRI style PT for my own pain for 12 months, and this is the service I WISHED existed, that I would happily pay for. I love your move to San Diego to create the fully integrated facility! For all those people NOT in San Diego (myself included as a prime customer), what would be amazing is an online membership business model where someone gets: 1. An initial one-on-one evaluation from one of your coaches 2. A starting exercise routine/protocol prescription and a members area where I can access all the tutorials 3. Asynchronous support where I can send in video, or ask questions and get a text or video message response from one of your coaches 4. Once I 'achieve' what's needed with a routine, there can be next steps or workout plans using PRI principles $$ wise, I think you could easily charge somewhere in the range of $250 for the first month and $100+/mo after (I would happily pay this). This is cheaper than 1-on-1 that most people can't afford, but more than just a course and I imagine the true challenges would be: a. Reliably getting results for people without laying hands on them b. Having enough quality coaches to handle questions/feedback I'm envisioning something similar to ATG's app, but with an intake eval and a personalized program to start at least (though I imagine there'd be a handful of go-to template sequences based on different problems/challenges). Anyway, not sure if I'm way off but wanted to share this model/idea as a way to potentially serve all those who don't live in San Diego (and selfishly designing the service I WISH existed). Thanks man and keep up the amazing work!

Working as a rehab specialist in the UK for a major health care provider I look for seasoned professionals that can develop what I deliver. I am drawn to the detail and complexity, but understand this can only hit the mark with people who have some level of qualification or understanding. I would maybe consider splitting your content as you grow, kind of like Rick Shiels has done with reviews (HIT channel) and main channel. Maybe think of a ‘Pro’ channel for professionals or those that love the detail and a mainstream channel. Then you can link the 2 in whatever way you’d like. As you build in San Diego you could add focused channels and have an integrated set of channels held together by your main channel.. you’re in a great position to build and make a real difference!

Arthritis like almost all diseases is caused by stress. Proper breathing seems to be the only way to truly move into your parasympathetic nervous system and heal, though that's easier said than done when the body doesn't cooperate. If you're finding it difficult or impossible to take a satisfying breath you should try these simple breathing patterns - Kapalbhati, Anuloma Viloma and Nadi Shodhana. Each of these will bring about a different type of calm and more than likely improve your breath and posture!

B12 hidden by folic acid, huh? Magnesium too? And I've binged your videos. The aic explanations are off the charts. I've been watching PT videos forever trying to self fix, I even went to therapist and he said I was fine, but I'm so effective at compensation that it's hard to see unless you really look and see. He told me to do leg lifts. I've even told docs about how one side looks fatter. They blew it off. Your working on one side approach IS SENSIBLE. I have told them, if I work out, one side does all the work. Even with two fucking feet on the floor. Even if I look straight. I've been to not to focus on one side but then how do I fix this?? You really are special.

You go into how everything connects. I've never heard anything about the diaphragm but make sense and it's all falling into place in my head now. I feel I understand more of what I need to do, dynamically, to fix it. How I need to move, not just trying to stand on the other side more.
