My reaction to Amira Willighagen - When you wish upon a star

I missed this reaction a few days ago. Amira is so mature a young person. She was 17 I believe here. This was her contribution to an online concert for veterans. Her cds have been given to homes for veterans. People in the Netherlands have enormous respect for veterans who fought to free them from Hitler. As a young child in the Netherlands Amira sang for visiting veterans of WWll.

Great reaction! At this stream concert, Amira was 17 years old. She was taking part in an initiative to pay tribute to the veterans and those deceased in the 9/11 attack. Shortly afterwards, unfortunately, Amira and her family contracted Covid.

I really appreciate your sincere & informative reactions & I’ll stay subscribed. One one the most difficult songs to sing properly due to the incredible range variations but Amira performs this perfectly. She sings in an extremely slow tempo which really tests her breath control, but does so effortlessly. Cheers Graeme
