We say she's not old enough to have experienced these feelings and emotions so how can she deliver them so well. It seems to me her objective is always to focus on the integrity of the song, the intended sense of the song. So she steps inside of the song, even when she's reading it she absorbs and lives within the feelings, emotions, and passion of the intent, she lives the song in her mind and heart. Then she presents that back to us in the best ways she knows how. And how excellent does she do that? This, at 10 years old. @lengould9262: Yes, this is my preferred explanation for why it was suppressed. Very few fans/reactors seem to have gone to the trouble of looking at/listening to the lyrics Baby Fuzz sang in his own version, released some two years after AJs demo. It contains adult words which have been removed from Angelina's recording, which is perfectly understandable. My argument is that if the so-called 'suicide' reference had also been considered inappropriate, that surely could have been edited out at the same time. I've heard all the arguments and read all the theories and the one that seems most likely to me is that Sara, Michael and the production team sat and listened to it and realised they had a potential block-buster hit on their hands. Next, they understood the media feeding frenzy it would generate, looked at Angelina aged ten and decided ... no ... no amount of money was worth it. I hope one day, perhaps soon, we'll hear what REALLY happened on that day from Angelina herself! Meanwhile, it's part of her pre-teen recording legacy which will never be forgotten, thanks to this leak. R (Australia)

@@GitanaAdelle, as Kenny said, we do get it. I'm 65 and I've been listening to Angelina for a bit over 5 years now. I've listened to every song numerous times, and have watched reactions of some songs dozens of times, and still, EVERY time I listen to most songs, my eyes start to tear up and I sit here with this silly smile on my face. Just like Kenny, and I'm sure a lot of others, this young ladies voice affects me like no one else. You've got a long road ahead of you, but you should know that there will be many of us here to travel it with you. Just enjoy what she does, and don't try to explain it. After 5 years, I still can't, except to say she makes me hear these songs in a way I've never heard them before.

Almost everybody that I have recommended Angelina’s youtube videos to have reacted with skepticism at the beginning. Some react like Gitana Adelle, speechless and stunned by her evocative voice. Many say they have and even show their goose pimples. A few shake their heads in disbelief that an old blues singer is living inside the body of a young girl. Almost all of us have heard these songs as new, unlike any rendition we have heard before, except for a few songs, such as ones sung by Angelina as a tribute and in homage to Whitney Houston. We are not only fortunate to be able to listen to the gifts of love and passion from this young woman. I am grateful for the millions of her fans who are now collecting and archiving her work in KZbin. Just a few decades ago, we wouldn’t have had these jewels available to us. In fact, a singer like Angelina may not have emerged out of Norway onto the world stage without KZbin and Internet.

Definitely one on the top of the list of the top Angelina performances. Not just about the vocal but on how she delivered the song. It can easily be Angelina's signature song but the kid is firm on her take of the song. There's a lot of rumors and everything that surrounds the song because of it being a leaked song demo. The only factual thing right now is Angelina will never sing the song again. Nevertheless it was a beautiful haunting song. And I don't think anyone can give justice to the song other than Angelina. And that includes the song owner himself. The song is already home to Angelina. Sad that circumstances took it away from her.

Adults of all ages are deeply moved by her. (starting from 30+, but reaches even 90+, I read) Sometimes it is unexplainable! I guess we al have scratches on our souls by losses or trauma's. And she touches them with those who are sensitive. Especially the melancholics amongst us. She echoes the music of our pasts. Which can be comforting. Love the power she has in her voice and that specific raspy voice only she has. And how melodic she sings. I discovered her for about a year now and she still amazes me. This one shows also how much she has learned from singing the covers she so much loves and embodies when she sings them. Yes, I think her future can only lead in one direction from now on. (At one moment there was something that worried me that the attention she is under. Is too much, and when will be fully grown up. She will walk away from the music. Or end up in "The 27 club". with Amy Winehouse and Jimi Hendrix). But I´m hoping I´m wrong on that point

Hi there Gitana. This has to be the best thing that our Angelina has done. It is a cover of a song first recorded by a person called "Baby Fuzz" ????? but even although Angelina thought it had suicidal overtones she got it, recorded it and as usual, made it her own. Like yourself, I was speechless after I first heard it. I JUST LOVE IT.
