I get it. I'm a 58 year old male who reacts the same way and I search the internet for reactors who kind of reinforce that what I'm feeling is real. I have played Angelina's songs to people at work and they don't react anywhere close to my reactions which I guess is fine but unexpected. I'm feeling Angelina's music and soul on another level which I guess I am very lucky to be feeling. Great reaction!

Angelina is a musical genius! Soon a living legend. She's only 14 years old! Imagine when she is 20 years old !!!! In fact, she and her family can decide for themselves when they want to release her to all the world's scenes. The entire music industry knows who she is and she has the whole "package".

We say she's not old enough to have experienced these feelings and emotions so how can she deliver them so well. It seems to me her objective is always to focus on the integrity of the song, the intended sense of the song. So she steps inside of the song, even when she's reading it she absorbs and lives within the feelings, emotions, and passion of the intent, she lives the song in her mind and heart. Then she presents that back to us in the best ways she knows how. And how excellent does she do that? This, at 10 years old. But she did learn over 5 years earlier from Billy Holiday how to deliver emotions, and she learned quite well. I have just discovered her Store OF HER ART!! YOU HAVE TO CHECK THAT OUT.

@lengould9262: Yes, this is my preferred explanation for why it was suppressed. Very few fans/reactors seem to have gone to the trouble of looking at/listening to the lyrics Baby Fuzz sang in his own version, released some two years after AJs demo. It contains adult words which have been removed from Angelina's recording, which is perfectly understandable. My argument is that if the so-called 'suicide' reference had also been considered inappropriate, that surely could have been edited out at the same time. I've heard all the arguments and read all the theories and the one that seems most likely to me is that Sara, Michael and the production team sat and listened to it and realised they had a potential block-buster hit on their hands. Next, they understood the media feeding frenzy it would generate, looked at Angelina aged ten and decided ... no ... no amount of money was worth it. I hope one day, perhaps soon, we'll hear what REALLY happened on that day from Angelina herself! Meanwhile, it's part of her pre-teen recording legacy which will never be forgotten, thanks to this leak. R (Australia)

yes maybe this song was not intended to be out because of the lyric ...even if you didn't know much about the content of this song , I'm sure, just as everyone else we long to hear everything she sings, eventually you would hear it , it can't be stopped, curiosity is so human and your reactions are what to expect when we all hear her music, her voice is so unique and something different for us, she grabs our souls hits the right spot , there are people who don't get it maybe they are not as compassionate or its not their time to feel Angelina's voice. Many reactors have featured this video - all of them aware that it is "leaked" - and a quick, rough count of the reactions total in excess of 320,000 views On a personal level, I agree with comments made to another reactor featuring this. In short, the comment suggested that if Angelina did agree to release the song in full, with an explanation why she did so, she could be the lead person in a movement to prevent suicides by young people. Such is her sincerity and the respect in which she is held by thousands of people, if she told young people that suicide is wrong and that there are alternative solutions to whatever problems they are facing, she would be believed,

@@GitanaAdelle, as Kenny said, we do get it. I'm 65 and I've been listening to Angelina for a bit over 5 years now. I've listened to every song numerous times, and have watched reactions of some songs dozens of times, and still, EVERY time I listen to most songs, my eyes start to tear up and I sit here with this silly smile on my face. Just like Kenny, and I'm sure a lot of others, this young ladies voice affects me like no one else. You've got a long road ahead of you, but you should know that there will be many of us here to travel it with you. Just enjoy what she does, and don't try to explain it. After 5 years, I still can't, except to say she makes me hear these songs in a way I've never heard them before.

Adults of all ages are deeply moved by her. (starting from 30+, but reaches even 90+, I read) Sometimes it is unexplainable! I guess we al have scratches on our souls by losses or trauma's. And she touches them with those who are sensitive. Especially the melancholics amongst us. She echoes the music of our pasts. Which can be comforting. It's like smelling something that felt so good in your youth. In happier unproblematic times! She can make you happy and sad in the same time. Can make you feel lonely but understood in the same time. You seem to be one of the ulimate personifications of that. And it's nice to watch! :-)

When you let her get inside you, she arouses so many emotions..it's not unusual that you are left speechless. Even the vocal pros are. There aren't enough adjectives. As the first few seconds indicate, this song was a leaked demo. No one related to the songwriter, agent, etc, claim responsibility. Angelina and her family are not happy that it's out there. It could be taken down permanently and it's very unlikely that she'll ever sing it again.

@@GitanaAdelle it's the wording at the end of the song that she wanted to change. It is suggestive of suicide, though I think it could be metaphoric. The songwriter didn't OK her changing the words so she won't sing it anymore. I'm torn because I love her voice in that song but I also love that she takes a moral stand and how can you not love her for that?

Definitely one on the top of the list of the top Angelina performances. Not just about the vocal but on how she delivered the song. It can easily be Angelina's signature song but the kid is firm on her take of the song. There's a lot of rumors and everything that surrounds the song because of it being a leaked song demo. The only factual thing right now is Angelina will never sing the song again. Nevertheless it was a beautiful haunting song. And I don't think anyone can give justice to the song other than Angelina. And that includes the song owner himself. The song is already home to Angelina. Sad that circumstances took it away from her.

These are amazing photos. @3:25 those Persian eyes are full of emotion. I think some will not love the big production choices. But she will have to adapt to something more than singing solo with a piano or guitar. But those pure striped down songs will always be my favorites. Clever how the last moon pic is her Grandma's art.

I read where about half the population has an extra abundance of connections between the hearing and pleasure centers of the brain. It's just the way we're wired up. No use trying to figure it out. It just is. So we just need to be thankful we feel such joy and watch the faces of others while we share the music. You can't miss it when you see it. Don't be bothered if some don't "get it". They never will. Next!

The response by Gitana Adelle strongly affirms what you said, as does the myriads of similar statement made by many thousands of people concerning the songs sung by Angelina Jordan. Almost everybody that I have recommended Angelina’s youtube videos to have reacted with skepticism at the beginning. Some react like Gitana Adelle, speechless and stunned by her evocative voice. Many say they have and even show their goose pimples. A few shake their heads in disbelief that an old blues singer is living inside the body of a young girl. Almost all of us have heard these songs as new, unlike any rendition we have heard before, except for a few songs, such as ones sung by Angelina as a tribute and in homage to Whitney Houston. We are not only fortunate to be able to listen to the gifts of love and passion from this young woman. I am grateful for the millions of her fans who are now collecting and archiving her work in KZbin. Just a few decades ago, we wouldn’t have had these jewels available to us. In fact, a singer like Angelina may not have emerged out of Norway onto the world stage without KZbin and Internet.
