Hi martial, reason I go for mount constantly is because I actually want my opponents to deny it so that way they can achieve short term stam adv / GA which might give them the confidence to go back side / Sprawl. I use this as a trap to setup submission counters. If you don’t deny my mount transition then I’ll just take mount. Thx for reacting btw 🐐

This is PEAK content watching someone super knowledgeable breakdown a high level match is great and highly entertaining. The first fight my eyes were glued. I’m telling you his slip counters are the best I’ve ever seen brotha, I’ve seen where he’s rocked the opponent throws he slip counters into a rock. But never count Romero out. I’ve seen the craziest comeback still to this day by him all the way back in UFC 4 was the craziest thing ever! These 2 guys right here man

You don’t get much more elite, high level UFC gameplay than this. Very entertaining to watch and excellent break down of all 3 fights Martial 👏👌🏽 Someone correct me if I’m wrong but I’m curious to know why there is no gameplay tutorials for transition fakes etc for example, how martial explained at the end what Romero was doing when Naz had him in the arm bar and he was using the fakes to get Naz to bite and it’ll drain his stamina and so on. I’ve always wondered why EA don’t have any info for causal players about these things. Obviously you can find tips and tricks videos on KZbin from high level players but in my opinion the whole game should be explained in tutorials.

The first time I played him was in ranked with me using Pre-Buffed Topuria (before he beat Volk) vs Naz with Conor before the celtic cross cross nerf. I won that match in Rd 4.

To anyone with advice for me, in ufc 4 i was often top 100 and div 20, in ufc 5 my striking is still very good, i am an okay wrestler but i just get submitted every single game. Opponent seems to guess right, denying my transition seems too slow to the point it gets denied and thats just the end of the game. Litterely any advice is welcome
